I'm so glad that i chose this hotel for my stay in New Plymouth. It was definitely the best hotel on my trip. It has high-quality furnishings and a great interior design. The fragrance alone when you enter the hotel is great. Good location for Restaurants and visiting New Plymouth in generell. Free Parking lots and fast WLAN aswell.

Greeted on arrival. Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Mountain view from rear window of room. Quiet location. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was nice with a spa bath. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Restaurant food was lovely and good value for money.

Upon entering we are greeted by very professional staff to check us in. We were graciously upgraded to a king bed! The room, bathroom, and ammenities are all amazing. We have been road tripping around New Zealand and this hotel by far stood out amongst the rest we've stayed in.
