This is a very small hotel (only 3 rooms) which only adds to its charm. Its location in the centre of Picton is an additional benefit as it is only a couple of minutes' walk from shops and nearby facilities.The old world style of decor ,the large rooms which are spotless and supremely comfortable has to be experienced. The restaurant is closed for evening meals , but the welcome touch of a wine and cheese plate is a unique touch. Breakfast is offered and sets you up for the day ahead. I would love to stay here again.

Location was perfect. Had beautiful views over Picton Harbour. Just had to walk downstairs to cafe’s, restaurants and shops. Apartment was spacious, very clean and well appointed.

Nicola, John and their family are such lovely hosts. We had an amazing time there and wish we could have stayed longer. It's like staying with family or friends rather than a hotel. Beds were also very comfy. Definitely recommend!

The whole apartment was beautifully done up, and with all amenities set up. We loved the kitchen and the wine stoppers and knife set were a nice touch. Oh, and the thoughtful homemade muffins and handwritten welcome note was much appreciated. Robert was very generous with his time and advice for tourists.

The best stay of our trip to the South Island. Rachel couldn't have been more helpful making the stay especially pleasant. The location is on the water which is about 200 m from the private patio making for great views and a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the local wines. If you are in the area check this out!!
