The staff upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite with no extra charge, which was fantastic. The bed linens and beds were very comfortable, and the fact that the bed linens were white, not the usual dark colors you find in most motels, meant that they were replaced for each customer. The kitchen was fully equipped and very practical, and the living room was spacious and comfortable - we loved it. The motel's location is also great, very close to the hot springs, and the exterior of the motel is very attractive. The most praiseworthy aspect, however, is the motel's staff. I left my wallet and laptop charger in the room drawer, and the staff promptly found them and immediately mailed them back to me. Their response was incredibly swift, and I have already received my wallet and charger. I'm very grateful for their help. I'm sure my family and I will stay here again, and I'll also recommend it to my friends. Thank you for your service and assistance!
