Everybody working at the hotel was taking super good care of us, everything was simple and well organized. They really want us to be happy, comfortable and feeling relaxed. The staff is so friendly and always helping. I booked for 3 nights and extended 2 more nights. We organized our 2 day trek through them and it was just lovely and the guides were really good too! Lovely tour and value for money. The lunch boxes were so good. The hotel itself has nice food and nice breakfast too. And the little terrassen with relax chairs are so nice to just take some time to chill. The beds were comfortable and the nights are quiet. Nice.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you’re looking to share some truly special moments with a warm and welcoming Nepali family, this is the perfect place. Sit around the table, watch the kids do their homework, ask for a little local music demo (they might even let you join in!). They’ll happily welcome you into their daily life. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Jungle Crown! The location is perfect, nestled close to nature yet easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!

The best hotel experience in my life, mostly because of the very friendly and kind staff, great food, fabulous rooms and the wonderful environment. The knowledgeable naturalist guide took us on amazing jeep and walking safaris and everyone was so attentive and friendly, we didn't want to leave... I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a great time and a very pleasent experience in Chitwan!

We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national...

The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national park, however, you can easily be ripped off by local guides and tour operators. Just shop around and remember that Jeep Safaris are a rip off because chanches of seeing any wild animal are extremely slim andyou end up spending 4 boring hours getting around the park. Make sure you know all options and talk to locals and tourist to find the best tour. I also recommend to visit the Tharu people site and see their dances, which is the best experience I had in this place

We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.

Make sure you visit the animal friendly project Stand Up 4 elephants! It’s free and you meet two rescue elephants ladies :) We did a full day jeep safari and a half day jungle walk+canoeing. We were lucky and saw a bear, a bison, wild elephants and rhinos. Lots of colourful birds, crocodiles, monkeys etc. but you need luck to see the big animals. It’s sad that it is allowed to ride elephants in the Nationalpark what is an absolutely animal crime and the idea of a Nationalpark is to protect animals and nature. Also, to make more money, they let start five jeeps with one or two guests in it instead of putting them together. So they need to make more efforts and be more eco friendly. It worth a visit when you are already in the country and have time. But two days are enough.

Gateway to safari’s either on foot or via Jeep. It township its self is a developing thriving hub with many restaurants, bars, tour / safari guide shopfronts. The riverside is peaceful with numerous animal sightings all day.

It was my second visit to Chitwan.

It was my second visit to Chitwan. I'll be returning again soon, to see more of what I haven't seen yet. I've, the crocodile breeding centre and the elephants. Plenty of places to choose from for meals. Easy to walk around the town, apart from where the streets are being improved. Plus, even when many tourists there, it doesn't seem crowded. Pleasant weather during my time there. Plus, I managed to see several football World Cup games, at different bars/restaurants.
