We loved the location, the garden with all the fairy lights, the spacious room and hot showers. All was amazing. Outstanding for us was the all the staff were so kind, we got help with all the trips we made and all the transport, we felt so cared for. Especially thanks to Sandeep, who was a caring sunshine for is during the whole stay.

Thanks to Aikawa, I spent a very memorable two days and two nights in Chitwan. Milan made a very pleasant itinerary for us（Expensive but worth it）, helped us book flights, and took us to visit Tarau village. The jungle guide Rajendra was a sharp eye, good at spotting wild animals and various birds like radar. It was super fun to meet jackals, elephants, and rhinos. The young driver Subas drove steadily, was polite and very friendly. All the staff in the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and the food was beyond expectations. Thumbs up to the chef! I like Aikawa very much！

The hotel is located on the quiet street with beautiful outdoors area which feels like the nature sanctuary. It’s a budget accommodation, but clean with lovely and helpful team/family running it. The reception team is friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about the local area and able to organise day or multiple days tours into the national park. We decided to book 4 days hiking trek around the jungle and stay with the local communities. It was the best decision. Our guides Sanjok and Sanjo were really easy to be around, helpful, knowledgeable about the fauna and flora and knew their way around the park without hesitation. They showed us everything what this beautiful place has to offer while being respectful to the nature and the wildlife. The main thing for me was that I felt safe and I knew that they would do everything to bring us back in one peace. 😅 Thank you for 4 wonderful days that we will never forget.

The owner, Bishnu, is amazing. We did two full days of safari. We walked all day and looked for tigers. We saw a lot of animals. The rooms are new and very nice. In short, the place feels like Jungle Book.

It is a family hostel and the owner and his family are really nice and are helping you with everything. They organized my whole safari trip, brought me to the next bus and directly solved a little problem on my room. They make your stay extra special. Also the food is really tasteful. The rooms are nice: with musquito net and hot shower. 100÷ recommended.

The staff on arrival were extremely hospitable and were always willing to help. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. In addition, for anyone wishing to experience the safari, the staff were able to answer all our questions, book us in and we were picked up by the jeep at the hotel. Overall, I would 100% recommend the Safari Suite hotel to anyone planning to visit Chituan, they completely exceeded our expectations!

I had stayed here before a couple of years ago and it was excellent. It was the same this time. The manager really looks after you, and looks out for you. I am an amateur painter, and he even found me some studio/workspace. The food was very good, the rooms are modern and clean. I find the lodge just the right distance from the main center.

Best place to stay in Chitwan. The hotel is very clean and the hotel manager is the nicest guy on earth. He helped to organize the tourist activities in Chitwan with really good jungle guides for us as well our ongoing travelling to India. He even brought us to the bus station and waited with us. I highly recommend staying at Jungle Safari Resort. Indeed this was a return visit having had a fantastic stay last year. Manager Sangam liaised with me before booking to plan a perfect itinerary. The hotel has very comfy large rooms set in an idyllic garden. Perfect location. The food is delicious, including packed lunches for our day safaris. Sangam, Sujan and all the staff were kind and paid attention to detail, such as providing a cold drink and fresh fruit when I arrived back after a hot day on safari. My jungle guide Gopal was excellent and full of information. He had guided me before and I specifically asked for him again. The accompanying guides Ram and Som were also excellent. I recommend doing both a jungle walk and a jeep safari to see the jungle in different ways. Definitely recommend you stay here and speak with manager Sangham in advance to book your safaris. He also arranged my travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan and then from Chitwan to Pokhara which was a great help.

The rooms are big, spacious, well appointed, well-maintained and sufficiently equipped. The staff are very well trained, motivated, courteous, polite and eager to help. The chef and his team in the kitchen did a wonderful job with meals. Very tasty and homely food. The property is centrally located. The owner Suman is personally involved in managing the property. It was a pleasure talking to him and learning much about Chitwan National Park, it's history and what one can expect. Jeep Safari trips with packed Lunch was wonderful experience. On top of that, availability of onsite EV charging station kept me stress free. All in all,we had a memorable stay and i strongly recommend this property as a fantastic choice and great value for money. i will definitely be there on my next visit….

Sapana has an ethos which runs through everything they do and clearly luminates the smiles of all the staff there. The location is a 10minute walk to the main tourist area, yet it is so peaceful and relaxing. Being able to interact with the elephants without endorsing elephant riding or bathing was our main attraction to the place, and this place did not disappoint, these rescued elephants are so visibly loved and cared for at Sapana! Out of all the things we have done during our 5months in Nepal, staying here was most definitely a highlight. We also highly recommend the candle light dinner with the elephants, it was a truly unique experience from the beautiful table setting to the elephant meeting. We would return to Sapana village in a heartbeat.

The place is simply amazing. Is a nature-friendly accomodation with all services (electricity, wifi, hot shower, kitchen) which is perfect if you like nature. Staying in a tree house is a dream. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the food is amazing, one of the best dal bhat I have tried in Nepal. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like family. Location is great, close to the river and elefant breeding center. If you like nature I recommend this place 100%!

We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national...

The only reason to stay in Chitwan is to visit the national park, however, you can easily be ripped off by local guides and tour operators. Just shop around and remember that Jeep Safaris are a rip off because chanches of seeing any wild animal are extremely slim andyou end up spending 4 boring hours getting around the park. Make sure you know all options and talk to locals and tourist to find the best tour. I also recommend to visit the Tharu people site and see their dances, which is the best experience I had in this place

The location maps they point to are incorrect. It took me in the opposite direction. Even the mobile they provide is incorrect. I complained to the front desk staff to correct immediately so that the other client won't be misguided.

We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.

Make sure you visit the animal friendly project Stand Up 4 elephants! It’s free and you meet two rescue elephants ladies :) We did a full day jeep safari and a half day jungle walk+canoeing. We were lucky and saw a bear, a bison, wild elephants and rhinos. Lots of colourful birds, crocodiles, monkeys etc. but you need luck to see the big animals. It’s sad that it is allowed to ride elephants in the Nationalpark what is an absolutely animal crime and the idea of a Nationalpark is to protect animals and nature. Also, to make more money, they let start five jeeps with one or two guests in it instead of putting them together. So they need to make more efforts and be more eco friendly. It worth a visit when you are already in the country and have time. But two days are enough.

Gateway to safari’s either on foot or via Jeep.

Gateway to safari’s either on foot or via Jeep. It township its self is a developing thriving hub with many restaurants, bars, tour / safari guide shopfronts. The riverside is peaceful with numerous animal sightings all day.

It was my second visit to Chitwan.

It was my second visit to Chitwan. I'll be returning again soon, to see more of what I haven't seen yet. I've, the crocodile breeding centre and the elephants. Plenty of places to choose from for meals. Easy to walk around the town, apart from where the streets are being improved. Plus, even when many tourists there, it doesn't seem crowded. Pleasant weather during my time there. Plus, I managed to see several football World Cup games, at different bars/restaurants.
