Very convenient location by the junction to the E6 and also close to a shopping centre and a bus stop to get into the city. The room was adequate for one night but the "panorama" was non-existent as we looked onto the wall of the building next door! Otherwise, everything was just fine, and the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and beautifully set up. Even when arriving early in the morning, we got our room and could buy the breakfast for 13€ (a very good deal in Norway ;-)). Location close to main railway station and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants etc.

Perfect location, near everything. The room has all you need for a couple of days, it was clean and very comfortable. Possibility to make tea and coffe, a refrigerator, what else? Coudn't have choosen a better place to stay in Trondheim. Great comunication before check in, I got a message with the codes to enter the building and my room, but there was also a very nice and helpful lady in the reception, and she helped me adjust the temperature in my room. Everything worked perfectly.

An unexpected flat tyre discovered just before departure messed up our plan. We were a bit lost, being foreigners in an unfamiliar location. Nina, the extremely kind hotel staff helped locate a garage and drove me and the removed flat tyre to the garage. She even waited to drive me and the tyre back to the hotel. So we could quickly get onto our journey again. A frustrating morning turned into an unforgettably positive experience by a nice lady from the property management.

A bit harder to figure out how to reach it by car, but once you are there you are all set. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was nice, although small. Bed was comfortable too. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. They offer variety of food, even oatmeal and chia seeds, soaked from previous day. It is right in the center of the city, and you can walk to some of the attractions nearby.

Nice stopover en route to join a cruise. Located in town within easy walk to restaurants and the centre. Could have been noisy being on a main road but the windows were well insulated and we had a good night's sleep. We had to change our plans and the staff were very helpful offering advice and printed out boarding passes for us which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful.

I like the hotel's location - it is close to everywhere and has a passage to the shopping mall next to the elevator. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent (different kinds of food, smoothies, etc.), and I appreciated the lactose-free and gluten-free offers.

I enjoyed the stay! Particularly, the included gym access was really great; it was open from 5 am to 12 pm and was really furnished. The position is really central, and even though the room was a bit small, it was comfortable enough!

The place is beautiful.

The place is beautiful. If you can, rather book a hotel or backpackers hostels. My experience of booking an apartment was terrible. So if travelling for a big event, book well in advance, and book hotels!

Everything is great — both the nature around the city and...

Everything is great — both the nature around the city and the city itself are beautiful. My main piece of advice would be to visit Egon Tårnet — a restaurant located in a tower with stunning views of the city and the fjord. The tower slowly rotates about 360° per hour, so you get to see the entire city while you dine. The food is excellent as well. People everywhere speak English, so getting help or service in English is no problem. The only downside is the prices — they can be quite high.

This is a great city. One of Norway's largest in fact.

This is a great city. One of Norway's largest in fact. We took a bike tour and learned about it. The city houses the Norwegian Rock and Roll Hall of fame museum which was fun to check out. We had an AMAZING dinner at Kalas and Canasta. Couldn't recommend any higher. The staff and food was chef's kiss. There is live music around the city and super walkable. We got lucky with the weather. It was roughly 78 and sunny when we were there.
