She went above and beyond helping us find alternative parking as an issue existed with Moby Park and our reservation was not honored by the sponsoring hotel. She then gave us a ride as this parking was further than the original parking booked. Kim even assisted with breakfast reservations. She is outgoing, helpful and communicative. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely outdoor space with a view of the castle ruins. Right in the center of town and walkable to both Christmas markets.

Will never forget!

Everything was excellent, especially considering that the hotel was having some renovation work done and there were clearly issues with IT and some organisation due to one building being out of action. But considering those handicaps the place did remarkably well and the dogs absolutely adored it - wonderful, safe country walking, their first geese, plenty of interesting artworks ......and total peace and quiet. I would put in a special mention for the excellent , charming service - nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The dogs would say, if they could, that they LOVED their smart khaki padded beds, the generous bowls of dog treats, the designer poo bags and the admiring pats from one of the staff, who slipped them a few extra nibbles.....

Nicely decorated room with lots of space, great ensuite power shower with really lovely toiletries, comfy bed, lots of choice for breakfast, secure parking available behind the hotel at a good price, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. In a great area at the side of the river with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The Christmas market in the caves are amazing and are well worth a visit only 8 mins walk from the hotel. Easy walking for all ages and fitness. Will definitely go here again. No complaints from us at all.

The hotel is amazing. You really feel in a small castle. The landscape is beautiful. The internal settings are modern and updated. Rooms very comfortable. Staff super friendly. We took advantage of the lower rate out of season. But be aware that the restaurant is so amazing that you will probably spend more there than in the room fee, like we did. Overall a surprisingly good experience.

We were greeted as if we were friends coming for a visit. The staff were all very friendly/professional and we were treated very well. The building is absolutely gorgeous from one end to the other. Beautiful architecture, mixed with modern art ..every inch was new and different and stunning. The room was wonderful, from the very comfortable bed right down to the warm cozy smelling hand soap. The restaurant food was off the charts delicious and unique, and sitting up above the "Alter" with the windows was the most unique and special dining experience. Absolutely love it, it made our 20th anniversary extra special and we couldnt have been happier with our stay there.
