Nice neighbourhood. Great host & staff. Good breakfast. Coffee available all day. Minimart nextdoor. Good supermarket within easy walking distance. Shopping mall about 15min walk. On bus routes. Allen is a great host and will help with anything. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location close to the airport, I stayed both when I arrived and when I was leaving Nicaragua. I got a convenient transfer to the airport and to Popoyo. Staff was very nice and helpful, I learned a lot about Nicaragua during my drive, it was like a guide tour experience. Lovely breakfast and water included. Definitely recommend, also great value for money 🙂

It is a very nice hotel, they've got two buildings, I was in the second building. The main building is very busy, most of the local people visit this hotel, for food and good vibes. Music is playing all day. So if you need rest, ask for the second building, just cross the road. There is a pool as well and a very quiet area. You can get food from the restaurant, they provide room service. It is just 35 min from the airport.

This is one of the worst places I have ever traveled to.

This is one of the worst places I have ever traveled to. It is very hot. It is very dirty. There is trash everywhere. The Central American culture is horrible. Everyone pushes you out of the way and is disrespectful and inconsiderate. People are so selfish. It is always loud. People play their music really loud and do not wear ear buds or headsets. There is not much to do in Managua. There is just the area near Plaza Nicaragua/Placio Nacional. I would not go there again except to see Otempe and other volcanoes.

Managua isn't a super historic or beautiful city, but if you are looking to see what modern urban Nicaragua looks like, maybe spend a day here? The waterfront at Salvador Allende is pretty, and the city centre has a couple of monuments and museums.
