The staff was so personable and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and we made very good use of the pool! It was so close to all the sites we wanted to see and had a perfect stay in Leon with our two kids. Would definitely come back!

best hotel we’ve seen in León. Beautiful, comfy room, there was a little gym. beautiful pool!! was a great find! perfect for travels or a romantic break. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Owner was very friendly!

If you are in Leon take the time to spend a few days at Las Peñitas at Nuevo NAYAL! It’s stunning and beautifully designed. Everything feels new! The spanish couple who set up this place are so kind and welcoming. They have created a true oasis to escape the heat of the city and I couldn’t have had a better 3 nights stay here to round off my trip in Nicaragua. The food is brilliant as well at the restaurant. I ate all my meals there as they were too good! And the staff went out of their way to help me with laundry and tours etc. It’s definitely one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Las Penitas.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Breakfast is a great portion and tasty. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is a 5 minute walk to the centre. Recommend!
