Marcia and Micheal, the owners, a Swiss-Guatemalan couple, are more than nice, extremely helpful and caring, as well as their personnel. The hotel is modern with a hot shower and high water pressure, which is really not standard in Nicaragua. It is a little oasis in the middle of Granada.

Nice comfortable room with good air con. A couple of mins walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was fine. They organised a taxi to pick me up in Managua which ended up much cheaper and easier than if I’d tried to book one myself upon arrival.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from just about everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the water is hot. Breakfast is great as well!
