Everything was fine, they try to help in everything and have dinner service (limited menu if theres no a big group). The room has no air con but a fan. The place is really beautiful and wildly, they have a curio shop and the man there is an artist.

For those of us who love a dry landscape this Lodge not only provided exceptional service but a building that blended with the landscape and facilities that allowed you to appreciate the landscape. We loved everything about our stay here… the staff were attentive as well as being warm and friendly, the attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding (loved the shower with a view), and the atmosphere created by the interior design reflected Namibia. In short “We loved it”!

Mowani is an exceptional property, with a stunning location amidst giant granite boulders with great views across the surrounding countryside. Each room is private and secluded, with a balcony. The rooms and the common areas are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a pool with views across the plains below. The food was delicious. The staff were fantastic, especially our waiter Kevin who was great company. In all, a very well managed property and probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

Orpheus Inn is a little out of the way, but easy to find. The hosts Carina and Danie are simply fantastic and made our stay warm and enjoyable in every way. This included This included a warm atmosphere as well as an excellent braai and delicious breakfast. There are many friendly animals on this farm. Some guests are bothered by the fact that the owners also hunt on their large estate and traditionally have various trophies on display in the house. If you want to make a judgement about this, you should definitely see the whole context. We felt very comfortable and well looked after here. Our flat with two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a kitchen, a living room and a terrace was perfectly equipped and absolutely clean. Many thanks to Carina and Danie, we would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back at the next opportunity!
