A new resort hotel with two pools. Good location, a short walking distance to Cenang centre and beach. We got a free upgrade and a welcome sparkling wine in our room, really appreciated it. Excellent service, very good breakfast. Nice hotel restaurant with very good food for dinner. Loved both pools, big one on the ground level with the pool bar, there are families with children, and the infinity pool on level 5 with sunset view, more peaceful and relaxing.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. The welcoming atmosphere, incredibly attentive staff, and three furry security guards stole our hearts. Delicious and varied breakfasts with a wide selection of drinks left no chance of going hungry. The spacious rooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay. FAZILA WAS AMAZING I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every request I had during my stay was handled with a smile. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious. Staff was very friendly and the owner was very hospitable. My kids were using the pool in the evening, the owner came out to light mosquito incense for us as we waited by the poolside. Beds were comfy. There is a common area where you can dine and relax. Also some games to entertain kids.

The room was amazing. Lots of attention to detail, and it looks exactly like in the pictures. Lye is an exceptional host who couldn't do enough for us. The Golden Bamboo Cafe is right next door and serves a delicious breakfast and lunch. The beach and main street are only around the corner.
