IndonesiaA big thanks to Paul and lovely staff : Dia, Marini, Kris during our stay at Stone Hotel. It was unforgettable experience and we enjoyed a lot. We booked all inclusive for 7 nights includes 3 meals and the food is beyond our expectations, also thanks to Chef Alagiyawanna and the team to surprise the guest with their creativity.
The room is super clean with stunning view from 6th floor where we can see stingrays and baby reef shark clearly from the balcony.
We booked also the trip with MahiMahi, the guides are so kind and we felt safe with them. The boat is also clean and comfortable. We were so lucky to see dolphins, nurse shark, turtle and beautiful fishes and coral.
Definitely we recommend to everyone who visit Dhiffushi Island to stay at Stone Hotel and book the trip at Mahi Mahi.
Thanks again for treating us like a king and queen :)

BahrainHotel was clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Easy to organize excursions with Mahi Mahi team - the stingray snorkeling was the best experience. Staff are helpful and friendly and great to be able to walk around the local community. Breakfast buffet was great. Fresh food, great flavor and good variety from cereals, yogurt, fruit, to curries, waffles, hoppers and everything eggs - omelets, fried, scrambled and more. Dinner buffet catered for everyone - salads, fruit, soups and breads, roast meats, incredible curries and noodle dishes, desserts and more.

RomaniaHands down the best views on the whole island(we walked around the whole island) Sunset Villa was a lovely place, the staff was very welcoming and polite and friendly always. the breakfast was good and tasty: usually the same: bread, omelette, mini american pancakes(even gluten free version), maldivian mashuni, sausages, roshi(rothi), some kind of fruit, orange juice, and some kind of cake or biscuit. there was honey, butter, jams, maple syrup. the rooms were clean, hot water was reliable, ac was working good too. the best part of this hotel was the views. we had rainy days so we couldn’t see the sunset but still was very beautiful!

A cute hotel on a cute little island, yet it has everything: great view, happy welcoming personal, comfy rooms. There are excurtions, snorkeling, SPA, 2 bars and a gym + different activities every evening; parrots, birds, chickens and flying foxs/dogs. There are umbrellas for the sun, sunbeds and beach towels; umbrelas for the rainy day and a flashlight for night walks. I don't know what else can you want - perfect price/quality. The beach is the white sand, you might need shoes to go a little further or have to swim carefully(which seems to be a problem for some ppl but i'd want to see nature as untouched as possible) but there are a lot of different fish at the edge of the underwater cliff and you can swim there without tackling your legs. The breakfasts are standard but dinners are good(chicken, fish and beef) - every day a little spin on different countrys' cuisines but the naan bread is the best. The island is closed to Male/airport. The hotel provides speedboat, it will be included in the final bill - so you don't have to pay some shady people in cash. I really loved every day spent there.

It was an amazing experience! An island surrounded by greenery with white sand, clear ocean water, and the best accommodations. We stayed in the beach villa and the water villa. Living in both was the best experience. With the best service, fantastic food. Very friendly service staff. We had a wedding anniversary and the staff did everything to make the day beautiful: bed decoration, champagne, fruit. Thank you very much for planning the romantic candle dinner in the best way, for the super service and delicious meals. Special thanks to our waiter from Hot rock restaurant (unfortunately I forgot his name). Also a big thank you to Sobry, from the restaurant where we ate everyday. Also a warm greeting to your good colleague Mushtar. Many thanks to the entire team of the hotel for taking such care of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel for the best vacation in the Maldives. thank you for everything!

Absolutely fantastic and flawless! This resort is truly a piece of paradise.
The beaches are breathtaking, with crystal-clear water and soft, white sand. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. And the service? Simply top-notch—every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
We didn’t remember all the names, but honestly, every single person was amazing—always cheerful, helpful, and making sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did they fulfill our request regarding the accommodation, but they even surprised us with an upgrade!
One of the small details that made our stay even more magical was the ice cream man on a bicycle, who went around the island twice a day, bringing joy to guests with his fantastic ice cream.
We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything. We had bad luck with weather for the first 2 days but with the help of Abdulsalaam (our concierge) and rest of staff, that loss was quickly compensated.
The water villas are magnificent, photos do them justice, but don’t really explain the happiness of taking a dive and seeing all the coral and loads of fish right in your house.
The food is always on point, both in main restaurant or in the Japanese one. The staff always cordial and attentive.
The ladies in the spa are true magicians.
The activities available were great, especially swimming with the sharks.

Stayed in the water bungalow and it was great experience. The glass in the floor to see the fish especially at night time was amazing.
You can snorkel in the reef just outside the island. The snorkeling gear was free if you stayed more than one night. The snorkeling was fantastic- so many fish including several smaller sharks that passed by the reef.
Great food and lots of choices. The staff was very helpful to accommodate food allergies (nuts and peanuts)
Everyone was very friendly and making your stay special.

Fabulous resort, especially being able to access the 2 other resorts on the island. The staff were professional, rooms were high quality, spacious with good amenities and some nick knacks provided. The food was outstanding at all restaurants we ate at. The pools were incredible, especially enjoyable for the kids. Mr. Bob the manager was the man. Everything we asked was answered, we received all support we needed. At breakfast he randomly asked us if there is anything that they can do to make the stay better, we had a problem with the AC that it didn't cool quite quickly and it leaked, we went to the beach when we came back it was perfect. Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced.
One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there.
Lots of options for buying fresh fruit and vegentables if you need and a range of places to eat at different price ranges.

I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!

We LOVED Dhiffushi!
We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in...
I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement.
The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)!
Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!).
I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive!
Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus.
Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

We booked a family room, and starting from the booking until reaching the Airport to go back home, Aqua Sunset was there for us; just like a family. They prepared all of our meals for us, not to forget to mention the beautiful walkway to the beach was right outside the guest dining area. So we all enjoyed the walk along the coastline, to the bikini beach together, after our meals. The end of the Marina is also right outside the dining area; where they feed the marine life & was also fun to watch with the family, after dinner. We had a super experience, too, with Aqua Sunset’s excursion management team. We booked a half-day family excursion, to swim with the turtles together, and it was so amazing! They even gave us a video of all of us together with the turtles. We all recommend Aqua Sunset because it’s budget/family friendly, the location is perfect, and because everyone made us feel welcomed. Enjoy!

Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !

It was a lovely island friendly people & I think I stayed in the best place for me on this island my host were fantastic, they could not of done more to make my stay any better than it already was 10/10 perfect 😍
I loved all the food I had @ Indian cafe,loved swimming @ the local beach, not bikini beach
One thing I really disliked was Moscow yeda they tried to double charge me on my credit card when I asked them about 6 of them just started laughing, eventually I got my money back & that was the only bad experience on the whole island.
