Shiyam and his team are very friendly and helpful. He takes time for his guests and is not only a very pleasant person but also an excellent host. The entire hotel is designed with attention to detail, from the rooms to the relaxed courtyard. The name “Oasis” is 100% accurate.
The rooms are very clean and new. The authentic food is always delicious and there are many different activities on offer, such as snorkeling trips, renting bikes or motorbikes.
There's really nothing negative to report. I will come here again when I return to the beautiful island of Dhigurah.

Sands Grand is one of the best places to stay. It is near the harbour, very clean and quiet at night and you can enjoy a beautiful green view while eating breakfast.
Shaheen is very responsible and kind, always there for you. If you have any concerns or problems, you will always get a fast response with a solution. He has a lot of experience from the luxury resorts and makes a great manager. I did the whale shark tour and the diving experience. Even though it is wild nature and you have a 50:50 chance to see a whale shark or any other animal, I am sure you will be lucky. The whole crew is very eager to bring you the best experience. My tour was already booked and Shaheen postponed it to the next day because of the weather to make sure I wouldn’t be disappointed. The next day we saw mantas, whale sharks and turtles beside many other fishes.
Fairooz from the reception will always make you smile and take care of you, Brayen & Cheff from the kitchen are very kind and welcoming, wont ever let you stay hungry as the food is delicious (the breakfast is set and changes everyday, I guess there were 4 types of meals) and if its not enough for you, you can ask for more and Abdullah & team will make sure you come back to a clean, fresh & cool room. The room service is on request and my room was still cleaned every day except of one and even on that day I got fresh towels and water when I asked. Once there were flowers waiting for me. High class service.
You get two small bottles of water every day, there is a mosquito cream and spray everywhere in the hotel and you can borrow fins & other equipment anytime. Oh and you can also borrow a bike near the bikini beach.
Bikini beach is up to 10 min walk, tip of the island is 45min-1,5hour walk(depends), 25 min run.

Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

The resort was fantastic for us as we love peace and quiet and snorkelling, all of which we had in abundance. We had a standalone bungalow just off the beach. The beach was clean, with fine white sand.
Snorkelling: The house reef started not far off the beach and extended to the drop-off which is where most of the action was. Snorkelling along the drop-off was incredible. On good days the visibility was more than 40 feet down, and we were literally surrounded by fish of all sorts. The largest fish we saw was a Napolean wrasse which appeared suddenly next to us on the reef. Several small sharks could be seen throughout the day. You can snorkel around most of the island - they give you a map and guide on the entry and exit points to the house reef.
Food: Great. We went for the full-board option, with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of options at all meals.
Bars: Wonderful. Chilling out at the Asian Wok bar at the tip of the island is a must - almost 360 degree ocean views.
Staff: Friendly, attentive and professional.

The food was delicious, the staff is always nice, the island is small but private. You will enjoy the peace and quiet. We stayed in a beach villa, which has a beautiful view. I recommend numbers 17 and 18, they have the most beautiful view of the sea. Some villas have a view of the stone barrier. I recommend bringing your shoes for the sea and definitely don't forget your snorkeling masks and fins. We had half board, we didn't miss lunch. We paid for everything else only when we left, including the seaplane. We went on a trip to watch manta rays and nurse sharks ($165/2 people). Whale shark watching costs $500/2 people. There is a small shop on the island if you forget something. You don't need Maldivian money. The sand is full of shell fragments, a bit uncomfortable for your feet. In conclusion, it is a wonderful place to relax.

A resort that exceeds expectations, from the moment you arrive you will feel it, a service you won't find anywhere else Starting from Dariana welcoming us, and her attention to the smallest details to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation, ending with a wonderful lounge to wait for the seaplane to take you to the airport, the overwater villa is beyond description, the food is fantastic and hassan was profisional, crystal water will make you feel like you are in a dream, I believe that a trip to the Maldives aims for the wonderful villa, distinguished service, delicious food, stunning beaches, and clear waters, and in Halavali you will find it all, In conclusion I believe that Ari Atoll has the best islands for the clarity of its waters, beaches, and distinctive marine life such as the whale sharks.

This was my second stay at LUX and once again it was a truly special experience. We stayed in August, with wonderful weather, in a beautiful water villa overlooking the crystal-clear sea. The resort is enchanting: the island is large and well equipped, offering many facilities such as a gym, diving center, six restaurants and several bars. The international breakfast was excellent and served in two different restaurants. During our stay we dined almost every evening at Umami, the Japanese restaurant: outstanding food thanks to Chef Jester and impeccable service by Reehaan. I highly recommend trying it.

We have been located on island villa with own access to the beach. Everyday swimming in ocean, as well as other aqua activities was an exciting experience! We specially liked the personnel of the main restaurant and Safari Kids Club! Yoga exercises was a discovery of the trip. Wifi connection was stable and really good even on terrace.

Small privat beach at deluxxe beach villa realy give you feeling of your own small paradise in the midle of indian ocean. Clean and comfortable space and egzotic sound of silence inside and outside, with moustly inisible but always smilenig staf in atmosphere of small green tropical haven make you feel very peacefull and relaxed. Last but not least Nika time is exscelemt idea which give you oportunity to enjoi all 12 hours of daylight on Maldives.

Hotel is located on a beautiful island - pretty big and green. Villas are big and clean. Food is great in buffet, I don’t see a need to go to a la carte restaurant (though there are few of them as well). Variety of drinks with all inclusive package is also great, nice beer, wine and good cocktails. Sea life in the house reef is amazing - lots of reef sharks, stingrays, Murray eels and much more. Staff is very friendly.

An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. Don't miss going to the sandbank at one of the ends of the island.

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

Great Island, plenty to do and good snorkelling straight off Villa. Food, people and facilitiies were great - cannot fault. Deluxe water villas were a bit tired and really need a refurbishment - other than that great time in Kuramathi...

It is a small enough island to walk around.
It is a small enough island to walk around. The locals are extremely friendly - always saying hello.
There are 3 restaurants all along the west coast. Compass seems most popular. But all are good with same offering of food.
There is a fair amount of building going on at the moment as they gear up for more tourists.
We used South Ari Dive for our diving trips. They are professional and friendly.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways.
Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants.
Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type.
Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out.
Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got.
Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

Mathiveri is a small island, with plenty of good quality accommodation and restaurants to choose from. It is one of the quieter Islands that can be accessed by speed boat, but it still offers snorkeling and diving day trips.

We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄
The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there

Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals.
Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals. They are Muslims, so respect them and wear decent clothes when walking through the village. The island has 2 restaurants with good food and fair prices, one dive base (Noohiri) and one small shop next to Shifa Lodge. We came for diving and found an abundant maritime life. There are 2 beach areas, one at the east side with the best snorkeling ground, the other at north/west side with berths for relaxing.
