United KingdomI had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The hotel’s facilities were impressive as well. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh options.
The location was perfect—conveniently close to the beach but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which was provided when I left the hotel.
Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, comfort, and amenities made for a truly memorable experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Excellent service. The first day they gave me a compliment in the form of a delicious dinner! Athief is a handsome guy, well done. he drove me around the island, showed me everything and took me beautiful photos, videos with a drone. He supervised me throughout my vacation. Athief a special big thank you to you. You can take a bike, masks and fins. The hotel is very conveniently located closer to the beach. The island is very beautiful and clean. If will come back to Thoddoo, then only to this hotel.

HungaryAreef is an amazing host, he also took us on whale shark spotting, reef snorkelling and swimming with turtles. All these experiences were great.
The garden and veranda is perfect to stay outside, the rooms are spatious and everything is clean.

SlovakiaWe stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly, the food was tasty. You can choose from local or continental breakfast. The dinner served was not spicy unless you asked for it. The manager helps you with everything you wish for. He organized a fruit farm excursion (10USD/per person), also helped with the buggy to the ferry and they prepared a take away breakfast as well as we left the island early in the morning.
I highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you for everything!

The breakfast was good, we also eat dinner one night there, we ordered fish(it was huge) and was really tasty and it was only 10$/person. Also the host was really nice and helpful. We just returned from an incredible stay at Vilamendhoo! Never bean in September but we had a perfect holiday dispute raining two days.
Accommodations: The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect home away from home.
Food: The dining experience at Asian Wok is exceptional. Each meal was a delightful journey. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, truly elevating our all-inclusive experience.
Snorkeling: The snorkeling here is phenomenal! The house reef is teeming with life! Swimming with manta rays on house reef near Asian Wok restaurant was the highlight of our stay. We also spotted white and black tip sharks, turtles, eagle rays and hundreds of colorful fish, all on the house reef! If you snorkell every day, you will se amazing stuff underwater. Although the reef is not what it was 12 years ago, it still has its beatuties and some coral is recovering.
Bars: The bars were top-notch, offering a fantastic selection of cocktails and beverages. The staff was always ready with a smile, making our time at the bar just as enjoyable as our time in the water.
Staff: Speaking of the staff, they truly went above and beyond. Every member was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home.
Overall Experience: The all-inclusive package at Vilamendhoo is simply perfect. Every aspect of our stay was catered to perfection, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for an unforgettable vacation filled with stunning underwater experiences and top-tier hospitality, look no further. We can’t wait to return!

Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

We went here for our honeymoon. As expected, it was like paradise on earth, with the most beautiful sea and sky.
The staff Nol was very helpful from day one and all the other staff greeted us with smiles and a warm attitude.
We changed our room for upgrade and when we let them know we were on our honeymoon, they decorated both rooms and even offered us champagne and sweets.It was so cute and lovely.
The room is in front of ocean and can be into in it immediately was wonderful in the morning and at night.
We chose all-inclusive plan so we could eat without worrying about money, and we also enjoyed the spa and activities.
We also can enjoyed snorkeling lots of time because of the proximity to the ocean.
It was literally paradise where we didn't have to think about anything else. I felt I could stay for a week to 10 days because of the spa and activities.

A wonderful resort on a beautiful island. We stayed in the Deluxe Overwater Villa, which was luxuriously furnished and equipped. The entrance directly from the terrace to the water was amazing. They cleaned twice every day and refilled the water bottles in the morning. They cook excellently in the restaurant. A large selection of local and Italian cuisine at dinner. Also fish every day. The kitchen staff also took care of our gluten-free diet - they baked gluten-free bread and pastries and prepared gluten-free pasta. Free water served at dinner. Beautiful sandy beaches with a coral reef with fish, turtles and reef sharks. Attentive staff. We recommend it to everyone.

We were here for our honeymoon… it was amazing! Eventhough we had bad luck with the weather (lots of rain), only the last day we had blue skye.. it was still an amazing 5 days! The food, the wine, the people, the views, the room… After our wedding, this was the perfect place to relax, far away from everything, a place where people take care of everything for you.. it is in the details, the proactivity, the excellence of the food, the wines.. the things to do (dolphine adventure, meditation, yoga, wine tastings,…) even when it is rainy, there is so much to do! We miss Constance Moofushi already 🥹 We come back for sure!!

This was my second stay at LUX and once again it was a truly special experience. We stayed in August, with wonderful weather, in a beautiful water villa overlooking the crystal-clear sea. The resort is enchanting: the island is large and well equipped, offering many facilities such as a gym, diving center, six restaurants and several bars. The international breakfast was excellent and served in two different restaurants. During our stay we dined almost every evening at Umami, the Japanese restaurant: outstanding food thanks to Chef Jester and impeccable service by Reehaan. I highly recommend trying it.

Fantastic stay at Diamonds. Very smooth transfer service via seaplane and from the first second in the staff made me feel so at home. The island itself is actual paradise on earth. I stayed in the Bungalow and due to it being low season it felt very private. Everything felt fresh and new, plenty of activities to do like snorkelling and yoga or just to relax and escape the world. Loved watching the seaplanes land from my balcony. Food was amazing for an all inclusive, two different restaurants, a buffet and plenty of different options every day. Cockatils very strong! Really didn't want to leave.

True barefoot luxury in a relaxed, natural atmosphere with a warm and friendly staff. A special shoutout to Sameera, Atul, and Hameed in the restaurants and Iray and Robi at the dive center. The in house reef snorkelling was amazing, you can see so many different type of colourful fishes. And the food is good 😊 i especially enjoyed the feeding at 9pm… have never seen so many sharks and stingrays congregate tgt right at the main jetty.

From the moment we got off the speed boat at the resort it was absolute bliss. From the resort manager Pradeep to restaurant supervisor Sushil to the chef to the amazing barman... this place is paradie.

Very friendly staff, amazing nature and perfect dive center and dive instructors! They are assigning a responsible staff to everbody and in case you need anything, s/he helps you in a few minutes.

An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. Don't miss going to the sandbank at one of the ends of the island.

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

It is a small enough island to walk around.
It is a small enough island to walk around. The locals are extremely friendly - always saying hello.
There are 3 restaurants all along the west coast. Compass seems most popular. But all are good with same offering of food.
There is a fair amount of building going on at the moment as they gear up for more tourists.
We used South Ari Dive for our diving trips. They are professional and friendly.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than...
You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways.
Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants.
Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type.
Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out.
Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got.
Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

Mathiveri is a small island, with plenty of good quality accommodation and restaurants to choose from. It is one of the quieter Islands that can be accessed by speed boat, but it still offers snorkeling and diving day trips.

We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄
The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there

Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals.
Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals. They are Muslims, so respect them and wear decent clothes when walking through the village. The island has 2 restaurants with good food and fair prices, one dive base (Noohiri) and one small shop next to Shifa Lodge. We came for diving and found an abundant maritime life. There are 2 beach areas, one at the east side with the best snorkeling ground, the other at north/west side with berths for relaxing.
