From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. I was at the hotel as I had meetings in Port Louis, Quatres Bornes and Moka during the day. It was a pleasure to come back to hotel at the end of the day and enjoy the beach and spectactular view.
