What I really like in this hotel was a good restraint, in which we visited in the our first day, and spa zone that included Hammam and sauna. We had two separate rooms where one was for the my daughters and the other for my wife and me. This were quite spacious rooms with living and bed areas. Moreover one of the room had a cookery space.

A very friendly welcome on arrival from Boyan. Boyan was very professional in showing my group the rooms and explaining everything. The food was very tasty. The Appartments were very spacious, although a little tired. But we're clean and well presented.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional in every way. The service was simply perfect — every request, big or small, was answered immediately with a smile and a positive attitude. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was pleasant and indulgent, which is rare these days. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with excellent facilities that made the stay especially comfortable. From the balcony, there was a breathtaking view — truly one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen, like a living painting. The breakfast at the hotel was of an impressively high culinary standard — fresh, varied, perfectly seasoned and cooked, a real delight for any palate. Finally, I must mention the owners — wonderful, kind, and welcoming people who created a warm and thoughtfully crafted atmosphere. An unforgettable experience that I wholeheartedly recommend, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent location, lovely views. Niklaus (the host) and the entire crew were very helpful with directions, suggestions for restaurants etc. Great amentities in the chalet - fridge, hot plate, washing machine, coffee machine, mini oven, toaster (no microwave). Inflatable hot tub with a view! Spotless accomodation with thoughtful gestures like a welcome bottle of wine and many little touches like warm robes, slippers etc. We stayed in Horizons -1 which had its own driveway and was the chalet with the best view. Chalet is about 7-10 mins drive from the city centre
