Our stay at Hotel Ponta Plaza Conference & Spa was wonderful! The hotel is located in a picturesque spot with stunning sea views of the entire Bečići and Rafailovići coastline. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, with an elegant design, and every detail has been thoughtfully planned. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. A special mention goes to the spa center with a pool and sauna for ultimate relaxation. The service is top-notch — super friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient parking. The hotel is close to Budva and other attractions, making it an ideal place for a getaway. We will definitely return!

Our stay at Katamare Hotel was fabulous. It is a really beautiful and well-designed hotel that exeeded our expectations from start to finish; and its friendly and thoughtful staff (with special mention for the Food & Beverages Manager) from Reception to the cleaning team, truly went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own section for hotel guests. The restaurant was great, with some very lovingly prepared menus (well-priced for the quality) and the breakfast was also good. We had no issues with construction noise (mentioned in some previous reviews): for sure there are hotels being built all around, but there was no building work being done when we stayed.

Host Ana was great, I hope that her that work will be recognized and valued. The hotel is perfect, clean and cozy. Budva can be reached by foot as it is approx. one hour walking distance along the beachside. Please note that we visited during the winter time so we believe that the situation might differ during summer. Would come back for sure :)

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable - though the room itself maybe needed updated with a fresh coat of paint but this wasn't an issue for me. The food was quite varied for lunch and dinner each day - my only suggestion is that the dishes be labeled more clearly as being vegetarian I was unsure about some dishes being ok for me to eat. The pools at the hotel were really nice - you do have to pay 15 euros deposit for a pool towel but get this back at the end. The roof top bar was lovely with some great views. The staff were nice, and even let us check out a bit later before our flight. For the price, I really can't find anything to complain about!

When we arrived at the hotel we saw a really friendly staff. They took care of us and answered all our questions. They left a small cake in the room for my birthday. What I can say extra about the hotel is that its restaurant is legendary. The waiters were very professional and we had the best pizza in this hotel even though we traveled a lot. Everything was of very high quality. It was a very high-end hotel in terms of price performance. We thank you for everything.

Really liked the small old town in Budva.

Really liked the small old town in Budva. It doesn't get too many tourists ( like Kotor) so is less crowded and more tranquil. I didn't like the fact you had to pay to walk along a part of the walled town. There are lots of small food places there (selling pizza, sandwiches, byreks, cakes), which is great and absent in lots of these type of places.

The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday. I didn’t like that every beach seemed to be allocated to a Hotel and we had to pay €30 for two beach lounges, but this was everywhere and I guess, just how it is done everywhere. We had a hire car so we were able to also visit Kotor, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and other areas, which were all within an easy drive. The exception being the major roadworks on the E65/80 to Tivat, but these will likely be completed by next summer.

Overall, a great place, every recommendation for the hotel. Great stuff, great food. Beautiful place, a lot of attention paid to nature. I was particularly impressed by the olive trees in the yard, and the attention paid to their preservation.

From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around...

From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around, buses to Budva Old Town run every 20 minutes, cost €2.5 one way, and take about 20 minutes. Taxi from Tivat airport is around €55–60 and takes about 40 minutes. For food, we often bought frozen homemade dishes from a Ukrainian shop in Budva, which were really tasty.

Beach is perfect, smallest pabbels, clear waters great for sweeming. I’d come bavk for longer stay inwsrmer season. Right on the beach there are several restaurants with good food. My recomendation eould still be restaurant on the top , main road, named Kusto. During summer reservation is needed. I would deffinitelly take a walk to St Stefan beach (20-30min thru pine trees and great beaches Kings beach Milocher & St Stefan beach.

The little haven of an authentic garden, less than 5 minutes from a bustling seaside promenade and beach. Shade to be found all day, place to eat takeout, make yourself a cuppa, or chill with wine you’ve kept in fridge. The sincere hosts: friendly, helpful, available, but living next door so not ever-present. Glad we stayed here and at Rafailovici rather than Boudva - beach options better. ‘Rafailovici tourist office’ is good destination to give taxi on arrival as after that, take narrow street down on right and half way down you’re there. Without luggage the buses back and forth are convenient for Budva. Note Summer 2025 - roadworks between Budva (&Kotor) a nightmare ongoing road building possibly a year - this means significantly higher bus travel time /taxi quotes from airport (Around €60 for 50 min journey although also got €80 quoted). Key jiggling for room 2 a bit of a challenge but otherwise everything spotlessly clean, simple, and comfortable beds.

I had a fabulous time at Villa Zoe, it was my first time in...

I had a fabulous time at Villa Zoe, it was my first time in this part of Montenegro and I was amazed by the view, the serenity, the authenticity and the stunning sunsets. There is a hidden beach with a charming trail that only locales know, named beach bar Balun beach and had a great bar restaurant. The sunsets here are incredible

It is nice place during the major season because it is in the middle of many things like Kotor or beaches south from Budva or National Parks. It is not as crowded as Kotor and you can have nicer visit.

Traffic along the entire coast is very heavy and it takes at least 3 hours to reach the Croatian border (54 km). Drivers are quite unpopular...cars are left on the streets...everyone honks. It's better in the interior of the country. Food and drink prices are normal.

Beautiful clear water for swimming, but the resort was very busy and touristy, full of cheap souvenir shops and pizza bars. The beaches were overcrowded with row upon row of expensive sunbeds and parasols.
