it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

Special thanks for Farima Zahra Mansouri as guest relations manager who was extremely friendly to solve any needs we had. Also Fatima Ezzahra from reservations, was super friendly. The rooms were very nice, we had the view over the Tennis courts, and the road itself is filled with very useful amenities such as a salon, laundry, money exchange and groceries. The staff were always extremely friendly (with the exception of 1 new cleaner). The breakfast buffet is great, and the Patron restaurant so cosy, trendy and very nice to hang out in. Even the night-shift security guard wearing the long black blazer was so remarkably friendly, I would happily come back again ..

Our stay at the Labranda Targa Aqua Parc was absolutely delightful and perfect. There are five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark featuring four thrilling slides. All inclusive buffet was really good , including made‑to‑order omelettes and pizzas and snack bar in the afternoon it is a plus. Very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Our room was spacious and spotless. The animation team- Jumbo Club were friendly, professional and always ready to help; the evening entertainment was lively and very nice. Many greetings for Yasser (animation team). It’s an excellent all‑inclusive choice for those wanting poolside enjoyment with easy access to Marrakesh’s cultural gems. Highly recommended—and we look forward to returning!

The hotel is quiet and cleaned, the staff are amazing friendly, kind and happy always, the food varieties are without limits and delicious , the night show everyday for children, everyone asking me if I need help or service. The restaurant team, the reception, the guards, and the show, everyone is overexcited and looking to make us happy. I didn’t try the aqua park because the cold weather but I enjoyed the covered pool it was ok. I spent only two nights but I would stay more if I have more time. Thanks to all the team for the generosity and the kindness, see you soon.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff and the guest relations manager were very cooperative and made the stay very comfortable. Awesome ambience. The food is delicious and has variety cusine at the hotel. The staff surprised me on my birthday during the stay. The Spa is reasonable for relaxing with a good service by attendants. Really relaxing, plenty of space, garden lovely with birdsong, wide comfortable sun loungers. Food great, good variety of food, (fusion). Loved the sea bass dish, tart tattin, ceaser salad etc. Hammam was fun and great exfoliation.

Amazing city - the real Morocco - so vibrant, full of energy...

Amazing city - the real Morocco - so vibrant, full of energy and vitality, and positively buzzing day and night especially in the Medina old city - try to stay here if possible in one of the beautiful Riad’s and soak up the atmosphere 24/7. The colours, the sights, sounds smells and the music. It’s intoxicating and a feast for the senses. The Souks are amazing - and getting hopelessly lost is part of the fun, though after 24 hours you do start to orientate yourself a little better. But The value to be had here and all across Marrakech is phenomenal and the food is delicious. Love the food-too terraces and patio cafe bars. And the people so welcoming and hospitable. You haven’t been to Morocco if you haven’t spent at least one night minimum in Marrakech. There is nowhere like it either in Morocco or the wider world. A repeat visit is a must as you’ll discover more and new experiences each time.

We did a week in Marrakech, four nights in Riad Zoraida and then three nights in Villa Dinari to relax and chill by a pool after the busy city. We loved Marrakech, no hard sell or hassle from vendors, a very walkable city with so many things to do. I would recommend doing the busy tourist sights in the mornings as early as possible, as they can get quite full later on.

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

It was a great time of the year to visit the city.

It was a great time of the year to visit the city. Staying inside the Medida made a difference to discover the different markets. Food was amazing and we truly enjoyed places around. Cafe des Epices is a very nice place to visit and Kabana rooftop if you're looking for a nice evening. We did a day in the Agafay desert including camel ride and it was worth the distance!
