My husband and me really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. The location is great and it's easy to access the old Medina part of Marrakesh, the new part called Gueliz with modern ships and art places and the airport. The hotel is newly refurbished, we liked our spacious clean room in white and beige tones, with a big bed, equipped with a good WiFi, a TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries. We're greatful to Manal, Mohamed and Amal at the reception speak who speak several languages for being friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed and making our stay really smooth and comfortable. The restaurant where we had our breakfast was very elegant and furnished with style. The staff at breakfast was very polite and offered us a nice choice of marrocain/ continental breakfast and a quick efficient service. There's a beautiful clean swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where you can see Atlas mountains far away, it was a real temptation to spend more time there rather than going to explore the city. There's also a Hammam and spa services available. We loved our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Our stay at NearYo Hotels in Marrakech was truly exceptional—one of those rare experiences where you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive. A huge part of what made our visit so memorable was the incredible staff. Hisham, the restaurant manager, was outstanding. He consistently ensured we had a fresh cup of tea on the table, anticipated our needs, and showed a level of thoughtfulness that made every meal feel special. Mohamed Gadir also went above and beyond—he even surprised us with treats from the souks, a gesture we will never forget. Their kindness and dedication perfectly captured the spirit of Moroccan hospitality. The location was another highlight. Situated about 6 km outside the busy tourist areas, the hotel offered a peaceful and authentic escape. It was wonderfully quiet, and thanks to the hotel’s convenient transfer service, getting to and from the medina was effortless. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking—a serene spot with stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. It added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The hotel also generously accommodated our request for a late checkout at no additional cost—another small but meaningful example of how far they go to make guests feel welcome. Every member of the team was kind, courteous, and eager to help. Honestly, we could have stayed another week. NearYo Hotels didn’t just meet our expectations—it exceeded them in every way. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Labranda Targa Aqua Parc was absolutely delightful and perfect. There are five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark featuring four thrilling slides. All inclusive buffet was really good , including made‑to‑order omelettes and pizzas and snack bar in the afternoon it is a plus. Very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Our room was spacious and spotless. The animation team- Jumbo Club were friendly, professional and always ready to help; the evening entertainment was lively and very nice. Many greetings for Yasser (animation team). It’s an excellent all‑inclusive choice for those wanting poolside enjoyment with easy access to Marrakesh’s cultural gems. Highly recommended—and we look forward to returning!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the beautiful Royal Mansour. The people working there were all extremely kind and helpful. Never have I experienced such a great service. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who can afford to stay there. The Fast track service at the airport they provided, the pick up with Bentley’s, the roomservice, the housekeeping. We stayed here for 4 days to recover from jet lag before exploring Morocco and it was a lovely place to do that! The grounds were very green and pretty with birds everywhere. We loved the day beds under the olive trees by the pool - a pretty shady spot to relax. The pools and water park were good. The staff were all really lovely and helpful and made our kids feel very special. The food was excellent with lots of variety including plenty of vegetarian options.

Wifi doesnt work on your own phone 02 from UK anywhere in Marrakech despite paying for zone 3 access, this did cause us isues as we had to rely on locals to show us places and there was expectations to be rewarded fincialy for doing so. The get my guide trips are excelent value and help you see alot more

The desert tour is so bad. Most likely you could not get the room you have paid and are forced to accept what they gave you. For example, you booked a private room with heating. At the end, they gave you a shared room without heating. And they said to you, take it or leave.

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Only stayed for 1 day. Not enough!! We took a free walking tour. Very helpful. We also took a tour to the dessert with quad and Camel rides. It was a lot of fun. However, looking back... we should have stayed in Marrakesh to see and enjoy more sites given our short stay.
