This place was like a movie scene from Alice in the Wonderland, it had a lot of colourful details everywhere. It was nicely equipped with 2 double and 1 single bed, which were nice and comfortable. The place was a paradise for our children, it was like a kindergarten room inside the house, a lot of toys, a lot of things to do. There were also activities outside.

Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!

The place is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The area is peaceful and quiet, with amazing surroundings that make it perfect for a chill getaway. Everything matched the photos, and I’d definitely come back again!

The customer service: we arrived very late, the owner called and left us the room details. It the room there’s a small fridge freezer , towels and even a hair dryer- surprising! But pleasant. Complimentary boat or catamaran ride on the lake. Children’s playground Electric kettle and mugs in the hall.
