The staff is a family and was very friendly and responsive to our requests. We were in Lativia to visit our family and do some home maintenance, and the director kindly put us in touch with local technicians. The solid and tasteful breakfast keeps you up and running until late afternoon. The parking is large, the surroundings are green and peaceful, you hardly hear the vehicles on the nearby road.

We were an international group of 9 adults and 5 kids. The house is wonderful, beautiful and clean! Kitchen was fully equipped. The nice host came to fix our small electrical issue immediately when we noticed a problem. What we found very impressive also was that when there was a power outage in the entire region due to heavy rain, he was prepared and put on his private generator so we had electricity for the house. We ate every evening on the big terrace and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Kids and adults liked the big yard and playgrounds, football goals etc. very much.

The place is secluded and very nice and cozy. It was perfect for family games, grilling, sunbathing everything! The sauna is also very authentic and the hosts did everything to make our stay excellent

Great location if you’re going to Riekstukalns - only a 10min drive away. The property is clean and has all necessary facilities. My only observation is that there’s no oven in the shared kitchen but it’s not really needed if you’re only staying a couple nights 😃 Overall the stay was perfect and the owners are super helpful - even helped with starting my car after a particularly cold night!
