I selected the place to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends. It appeared to be a perfect choice. We met Nina, the owner of the apartments. She is very hospital and friendly. The place is marvelous. It is a great choice if you want to spend some time in a guiet place near a lake, relax and enjoy nature. Swimming, barbecue, strolling at the picturesque surroundings brought us perfect rest and unforgettable memories. Convenient car parking. Clean spacious rooms, each having a separate entrance from the terrace. A tea pot in each room, a fridge and some welcome snacks. We chose to have breakfasts and dinners at the place and cared about food. However, one can use a restorant in nearby spa hotel or go to Cesis. I'd like to come back one day and stay in Dzeni for at least a week.

Amazing little house, clean and very cozy. There is an amazing little gazebo with a sofa and a fire place. The hosts are very welcoming and nice to chat to. There is everything you need to get a perfect rest away from the city - piece and quite, at the same time completely comfortable. There is a possibility to order kubuls in advance or/and to sleep in a tent. The hosts are very willing to accomodate every need of the guest. In the morning we also received a tastiest omlette and some berries.

A place with a story, great reception from owners, made us feel special and extremely welcomed. Place was cozy, felt like being at your own personal cabin. Very well equipped and suited to our needs as we were with a kid.

Location is perfect if you move by car and have main activities in Sigulda, around 20 minutes from there to the cottage thats near tiny but really nice river. Cottage is really cozy and warm even when outside was around -23c celsius. Owner was really kind and showed us around. Sauna was warm and there was plenty of firewood to keep sauna + fireplace active whole stay. Would be nice to visit the place also in summer as place offers really nice stay next to the river including fireplace and barbeque but was really nice even at winter. Basically you could go there empty handed and this spot has everything you need for a great stay. Thank you, hope cottages like yours will have fair amount of great customers! 10+
