What a lovely place to stay. Incedible view that you can admire straight from your bed. Spacious and comfortable rooms that have everything you need: big and comfy bed, well equiped bathroom, big windows and a tarace where you will have delicious and healthy home made breakfasts. The room was very clean and all the property is well maintaned. And most of all I was very delighted by great hospitality and service provided by the owner. Highly recommend this place especially, if you want to be close to very lively Ella town, but far enough to rather enjoy sounds and beauty of nature. Thank you for this incedible time I had during my stay in Tea Hills Ella!

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at badulla. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I have stayed at a dozen hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff from guard room to reception were there for every need of mine.This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. The view of the hills from the bar and restaurant is breathtaking. The decoration of the room is very arty and even unique. Would recommend this place as a retreat for resting too. It has a nice little pool. Staff is helpful and organizes tuktuks for you at the best price.

This place is an absolute heaven! The view is breathtaking and the place is completely new and comfortably furnished. There is a spacious bathroom with everything you need. The breakfast is served on the balcony overlooking the train tracks on Nine Arch Bridge. On top of that, the owner took us to Ella and back whenever we needed and did his best to make us feel as comfortable as possible! This is definitely the best place I have stayed at. No doubt about it! It is a must when you visit Sri Lanka.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!! Stayed here for two nights and it was the highlight of my trip to Sri Lanka. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. Beautifully decorated with lovely views and peaceful surroundings with many birds to see. They had recently had some wildfires nearby so apparently in normal times you can see even more wildlife than what I saw during my stay. There is also a stunning waterfall nearby (almost in the hotel grounds) that the staff take you to and that you can have completely to yourself or perhaps with a couple of locals. I also did a hike with the staff up to the mountain behind the hotel which was great. Then afternoons spent lazing in the pool, chatting to the staff and with complimentary High Tea as I watched the mist float through the mountains. There were no mosquitos in that area too which meant that they could have the large windows open (even at night!) with one whole side of the hotel open to the fresh air and views. There are only two rooms in the hotel, though they have plans to build another couple of buildings in the future (though also with a very secluded feel). I was the only one there during my stay which meant I had the whole place to myself 😍 The best thing about Capoe though is the staff. Isham, Eranda, the wonderful chef and the gardener who guided the hikes. They were all so friendly and attentive and really made my stay, especially as I was a solo traveller and they were very friendly and chatty (though also give you your space when you need it). I've never had a private butler before, let alone one that is trained in both wildlife spotting and making cocktails! Thanks so much Isham, you made my stay really special 🙏🏼 Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Sri Lanka! ❤️

The best hotel we stayed in Sri Lanka, by far. The hotel has a very modern and elegant look, the rooms are big and comfortable, the food was delicious and the view of the tea plantations is outstanding. Definitely recommend it to everyone. A very special thanks to Chathura that was always there to assist us in the hotel and was available to give us recommendations on what to do around the area and through Sri Lanka, always with a nice warm energy around him.

Amazing place and highly recommend anyone to SL to visit this hotel. Views are stunning, rooms are independent, beautifully designed and provides privacy. Staff is super nice and efficient , they give you personalized services and take care of every need, which you don't find in most of the hotel. Mr. Vipula and the entire went above and beyond in hospitality and big thanks to them for making our trip memorable.
