We stayed here for the first two nights upon arriving in Sri Lanka and could not recommend it more. It was perfect for relaxing and recuperating after our long flight before heading off to explore more of the island. The hotel sent a complimentary chauffeur who was there to collect us at arrivals (and our flight was over an hour delayed!). From arrival, all the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. One of us has a severe allergy to coconut and peanuts and all the hotel staff were so accommodating and were even able to prepare traditional Sri Lankan food without any coconut. The room was spotless and spacious with excellent air conditioning and a very large bed for sleeping off the jet lag. The staff were also so helpful in organising transfers/activities/restaurant recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

Large 1 bedroom apartment with comfortable sitting room, all the amenities you could need, including a gym and pool on the ground floor. Easy access to lots of restaurants in the area. We had the best coffee in Sri Lanka at the zen café about 100 meters from the hotel. Direct access to the beach.

Perfect for travelers just commencing or wrapping up their Sri Lanka trip. Close to the airport with a nice beach and tens of eating options. Tuktuks available at odd hours - I booked one via a ride-hailing app at 4 am within 2 miutes. Also, loved dining at Zen Cafe when I stayed here.

We had 2 nights before our flight. Not the right season for the local beach, they were beautiful down south. We enjoyed our Negombo cooking class. Was a lot of preparing the food and even better when it came to eat it

We loved the down to earth hospitality of all the staff. Specially Dinesh, who stands out the crowd as a professional. Kind and jovial he knows how to row the boat gently and professionally. The chef did an excellent job as the restaurant boys. We can not thank them enough for a job well done.

The owner, Mr Nelson was extremely helpful from the time he picked me up from the airport until the last minute of my stay. Specially, in the midst of the Sri Lankan curfew. Thank you. I recommend this place for anyone in the future.

I feel its overrated.

I feel its overrated. If someone needs a beach vibe in short distance from airport its fine but there is no strong night life. Food is overpriced.Seafood is way too expensive than Colombo also. As a local I feel Negombo is not par with south coast

Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent and very quiet and peaceful room. The hotel must be implemented to do below the mentioned points. 1: The hotel room needs to keep a dustbin. 2: The hotel must keep a bath towel inside the bathroom. 3; The Bathroom inside the slippers needs to be kept. Other than this everything is ok.
