We stayed for tonight’s after arriving in Sri Lanka. Very nice small hotel, free pick up from the airport in Colombo. Everything went smooth and easy. The service from check-in , to the breakfast and dinner was amazing . The food is excellent and affordable . The rooms are big and modern and super clean. The team organized us their driver to get to Colombo train station to continue our journey. This was very helpful as well. Even it is not a five star hotel the service was near to that !!

Had such a great stay at this place! The room was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to just chill and enjoy. The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, always happy to help out. The ballroom was a nice surprise big, classy, and just cool to see. Food was really good with lots of options, and the service was quick and smooth. The location made it easy to get around too. Overall, just a super chill and pleasant experience would totally stay again!

Lovely comfortable room, very clean. Good AC. The owner left amenities like a kettle, monsquito repellant, toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, shampoo and water. It was a 10 minute drive to the airport and our host drove us there the following morning at 6am for no charge.

A very nice accommodation located near Negombo. I would definitely recommend it to anyone either leaving Sri Lanka or just arriving. It’s a perfect transit point because the accommodation meets European standards – not only in terms of equipment, but also cleanliness, which is on a higher level than what is usually found in Sri Lanka. You won’t miss anything here – and at the same time, you can enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere all around (nature, local life, traffic, and friendly people). The place is very clean, the garden and pool are always well-maintained, and everything works (air conditioning, TV, fans, fridge). It has a great location – close to the airport and just 5 minutes by Uber to the beach. The ride to the beach costs only 340 LKR (approximately 1 euro). The owners are truly kind people, and it's easy to communicate with them about anything. There are also two lovely, clean dogs and a cat on the property. The food here is excellent. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from about eight different meals, which change regularly. There is always a choice – from local Sri Lankan dishes (including fresh fish) to European-style meals, so everyone can find something they like. The owners buy fresh ingredients every day.

Steps is a beautiful spot surrounded by native plants that emerge you in the best greenery of Sri Lanka. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help. They even provided Sri Lankan breakfast on request. The rooms are beautifully built.

If you want a quiet holiday by the beach, close to the airport, close to colombo, then there is no better place than Negombo. One long street peppered with restraunts of all kinds, friendly people without exception. all within walking distance of the hotels.

Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

My friend and I had a very comfortable stay here. The room had all the details covered and was exceptionally clean. The host went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. It was one of the nicest rooms on our six week trip.

The host was very kind and helpful.

The host was very kind and helpful. He received us very happily. The next day at 6.00 in the morning he prepared for us nice delicious tea, before we left to the Airport. We will recommend this house to our friends and waiting to stay at such a nice calm and quiet place close to the Airport again.

We stayed here overnight after travelling around Sri Lanka. We did not expect the warmth and kindness we received. The room was very cheap, yet large, clean and the proprietor even gave us lifts locally to the shops etc.

I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent and very quiet and peaceful room. The hotel must be implemented to do below the mentioned points. 1: The hotel room needs to keep a dustbin. 2: The hotel must keep a bath towel inside the bathroom. 3; The Bathroom inside the slippers needs to be kept. Other than this everything is ok.

Negombo is one of those places that has lovely beaches, the beach were the Sentido Heritance was located was very clean and beautiful but there were parts to Negombo were the beach did have rubbish. Negombo itself has plenty to offer from the fish markets boat tours, mangrove tours and the city. Other amazing places in Sri Lanka - Kandy, Tricomalee, Jaffna and Islands, Galle.

I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.
