This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. we spent an amazing weekend at this place. The staff prepared a very nice room for us with decorations and fruits in honor of our honeymoon. The atmosphere in this place is amazing! Very beautiful estate with magnificent stylish renovation and interior. The chef is very cool, all the dishes were incredibly tasty. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place!

Upon arrival we were greeted by name and received a cup of tea with the check in process fast and efficient. Suraj and Gaming were always available to help with anything we needed, likewise Yaso was our butler who was always on hand to provide water, towels etc to our room. The food was incredible, something you would expect of a 5 star hotel in London. Pushparaj the chef at the Westbury put together a wonderful festive 4 course Christmas dinner in the dining room. The service was excellent! We missed breakfast as we wanted to lie in one morning & the staff brought the breakfast to our room (waffles, pancakes, eggs, fruit) similarly if we wanted to take the pastries away they would box them up for us.

Our gracious hosts, who were already prepared for our arrival, greeted us with warm smiles and an incredible surprise—a complimentary upgrade from our superior room to the hotel's most spacious suite, along with a free upgrade to a half-board booking that included a fully paid dinner. The hotel's ambiance was one of pure elegance and luxury. Every detail, from the stylish furnishings and abundant greenery to the fresh citrus scent that filled the air, was meticulously curated and absolutely breathtaking. The genuine care and joyful guidance from the staff made us feel not just like guests, but like welcomed friends. Our Suite and the Hotel Grounds Our suite was simply fabulous. It was a spacious and beautifully decorated sanctuary, where every detail had been carefully considered. The room's design embraced the surrounding nature, with green views from every window that paired with a cool breeze to truly enrich our souls. The suite included a full bar, a large, well-maintained bathroom, two balconies with seating areas, and a luxurious lounge with a large smart TV. The bed was a dream of comfort, and even the mosquito net was so elegantly designed that it blended seamlessly into the decor. An extra bed provided for our daughter was just as comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with robes, slippers, and all the necessary toiletries. The rain shower, with its strong water pressure and warm water, made every wash a refreshing experience. Thoughtful touches like an iron, an umbrella, and an electric room warmer were also provided, showing the staff's dedication to our comfort. Stepping outside the suite, we found a huge lobby with multiple indoor seating areas and shaded outdoor spaces.

This is an absolutely amazing place in Nuwara Eliya. Our room was with a huge view terrace. We were lucky that during the 3 days of our stay, the weather was sunny all the time and we managed to use this terrace to the maximum. Yoga at sunset, sunbathing at noon or contemplating the beautiful starry sky at night.. The views were really magnificent. The room itself also exceeded all expectations: the bed was so comfortable, and the wooden interior was very cozy. Also, all these fresh flowers, with which the owners carefully decorate everything.. We were impressed. Amazing host! He helped us in general on all issues. Especially with regard to transfers everywhere. They have the opportunity to organize a tuk-tuk at a real price, without extra charge. It is very valuable and convenient The food was simply incomparable, and there was just a huge amount of it! If there hadn't been so much hiking during our trip, we probably would have gained 2-3 kilos with all these fourth or fifth courses for dinner and a double dessert :))) But it's so delicious! I highly recommend taking dinners here, the homemade food is just a delight. I especially remember the ice cream :) The breakfasts were also wonderful and large. You won't stay hungry for sure)) I recommend it to everyone with absolute confidence!

We would give 15 out of 10 if it is possible. Place is very nice, clean, comfortable. We were group of 5 and used 2 rooms, both were great. Young couple who runs this place are very nice, helpful. We also had breakfast in guest house and it was fresh and tasty. View from the house is something special. House is out of center but with tuk tuk you will need no more than 5 minutes. We slept very good due to fresh air and calmness.
