We spent two nights here. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The food was also very tasty. We had dinner both nights and it didn't disappoint. Staff were super friendly and attentive. This was one of our best accommodations in Sri Lanka. It was a little far from the sights, but everything was a short tug tug ride away. We would highly recommend this place.

This was our first stop in our 10 day journey across Sri Lanka and they really set the bar very high. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The food was delicious! After a day of visiting all the historical places in Anuradhapura this hotel had the perfect atmosphere to wind down and relax. Very highly recommend!

I don't know where to start. The bungalow we had was meticulously clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. It is set in a wonderfully cared garden with all kind of trees, where you can see a lot of birds and other animals, incl. giant squirrel, gray hornbills. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with local specialties. We also joined the cooking class and learned a lot of dishes from the owner of the accommodation. The owner is a very charismatic and open hearted lady, who had many tips and information and was organising all our tours and answering to all our requests in a very friendly manner and immediate action. She is very hands on, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying there and will for sure come back again. We recommend this accommodation from the bottom of our hearts. It was the best experience in Sri Lanka so far. බෝහම ස්තුති

Staff is JUST AMAZING !!! Saranga was always checking on us to ensure we are enjoy our stay. All the staff is very friendly and receptionists are so welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and there were lot for tourist to try out Sri Lankan cuisine. We got a chance to experience boat ride in the lake next to hotel. There was nothing to complain about. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and it is very nature friendly place. We highly recommend this place to all whoever like to enjoy peaceful, nature based stay.

Super quiet but also right in the heart of town. Beautiful green lush garden and staff were exceptionally welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Sukumal and Ajith are 2 of the most amazing people I have ever met who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed and helped me with anything that I needed. Overall had an amazing stay and would defenatly return!

Heritage hotel is amongst the greatest in Anuradhapura, and the the hotel staff team were very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Location, Access, Services and hospitality were at its best.My kids too were enjoyed the stay.Lots of greenery amazing view as well. Moreover Very easily you can go to all ancient places to visit , they ate just around.Highly recommend this amazing place.

The service was very friendly, outstanding, and ever willing to facilitate our needs, every member of staff was absolutely outstanding, non more so than the ever willing Sahil. The swimming pool is big and very clean, as are the gardens. Loved watching the butterflies, birds and monkeys from our very, very large balcony.

Location close to Minneriya and Sigiriya next to the lake was great. If you are lucky you can even see elephants from there. But for sure there sre monkeys, lizards and a lot of different birds. Staff was very helpful, food was great and the pool in the middle of the jungle is stunning. Would love to come back.

Habarana is a small town located at a crossroads and a main road. It is therefore very accessible to other important cities, such as Polonnaruwa, Trincomalee, Dambulla, Anuradhapura, Sigiriya, etc. As well as to the natural parks, which are located nearby. Public transport is perfectly provided. The town has the necessary facilities such as shops, a bank, a post office, a doctor, etc. The beautiful surrounding nature, and easily accessible lakes, are also an advantage.

During my stay, the property owner made several...

During my stay, the property owner made several inappropriate and judgmental comments about my affordability and my decision to share meals with my mother, who is disabled. His behaviour was rude and discriminatory. After I posted my review describing my disappointment, the owner contacted me directly on my personal mobile number using very abusive and offensive language. This message was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.

We loved our Homestay chez Olivia . Lovely couple very hospitable and helpful. Hired bikes which was wonderful to go see all the Stupa sites etc. beautiful area & lovely garden. Birdlife was fabulous. Highly recommend

Good location to visit the National parks where Elephants roam. Take a short drive to Ritigala and be amazed at the heritage site of a millenia old large forest monastery. Dine at the Ran Rasa restaurant for one of the best Chicken Koththus you will taste..
