Staff is very helpful. They even helped me with my flight info, calling the airport for help. The hotel is in the city center. Taxis are available and very helpful. I stayed twice in the hotel, I am very happy with the service there and would highly recommend it.

My room was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The excellent service continued upstairs at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and made every meal a pleasure. Beirut is a beautiful and lively city full of history, good food, and friendly people. Our family really enjoyed walking along the Corniche and visiting the cafés and shops around Hamra Street. The atmosphere was welcoming and safe, and the people were always kind and helpful. We ate at several nearby restaurants, including Crepaway and Barbar, both offering delicious Lebanese dishes at good prices. Getting around Beirut was easy — taxis are available everywhere, and most places are close to each other. For families with young children, the seaside promenade and nearby parks are great for evening walks. We also enjoyed short trips to Raouche Rock and the marina area. The only downside is the traffic during rush hours, but it’s manageable. Overall, Beirut is a city full of charm, energy, and warmth — we would happily return again.
