Sook Village has to be the most serene & relaxing stay I’ve ever had. We wanted something that felt like it wasn’t touristy, something off the usual tourist map and this place delivered on all counts. It was so clean, comfortable and well laid. It feels like we found a gem- almost don’t want others to know about it so that it stays as a tourist secret! The bonus is the good work that we now know comes out of our staying and knowing how it is building the community up. Have already booked for next year! Stunning location!

Fantastic hotel. Amazing views to the river and the center was just 10 minutes away. Every room has it's own terrace with an amazing view. Highly recommend this hotel for the price!

The huts were clean and stylish with an efficient AC, and the surroundings were beautiful. Furthermore, the host, Kan, was just amazing: he went to lenghts to make the customers happy - I even got to use a bicycle for free for the 3 days I stayed in the River. Huts. I had a wonderful stay in Nong Khiaw and can truly recommend the River Huts for everybody!

It’s close to the town and they have bicycles you can use and a car that can give you a lift. The houses are awesome and comfortable, staff is very good and helpful.

Wonderful riverside location, as good as any in Nong Khiaw. Huge and very comfortable cottage. Great breakfast overlooking the river. We booked one of their 'small boats' for a private day trip up river which was great fun, seemed good value and got us away from some of the rather sharp tour operators in town.

The owner and his wife are really lovely. It’s a new hostel, opened just a month ago and everything is really clean and the bed is comfortable with a good privacy. It’s also good to meet people, and gather around a fire at night. You have the view on the river, which is amazing. Best hostel in nongkhiaw, and was happy to support a new business.
