We had an amazing time, the location is very convinient, as it only takes 5 minutes to get to the town centre on a tuk tuk. The staff are absolutely amazing, super kind and attentive to our needs. The all work very hard to accommodate guest's needs. Tasty breakfast, very good breakfast coffee, super confortable beds. The swimming pool was very nice and clean too.

We, an Irish & Khmer family of 6, arrived tired after our journey to be warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Check-in was quick and efficient. Once settled into our allocated rooms, we realised two of the three rooms were not suitable (not suitable for personal reasons as all rooms are excellent). Staff were obliging and courteous in handling our issues. We were given adapters for electrical gadgets as we didn't bring any. Once the owner became aware of our room issues he immediately arranged for transfers to alternative rooms which met our needs better and both alternative rooms were Poolside, an upgrade on what we booked. The owner treated us like royalty, checking in with us every day to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The owner's attention to customer service exceeds any I have experienced in any 5 staff hotel anywhere in the world. The hotel is fabulous, rooms are spacious and well equipped, the bed linen was the best, softest linen I've experienced in any hotel. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied in range of fresh produce. The pool area is amazing and so inviting. The staff in the spa are professional, friendly and courteous. Our package included complimentary daily spa and laundry service which is an excellent facility to any hotel visitor in Cambodia. So Anansaya La Maison exceeded our expectations by a mile. We loved it so much we stayed for an extra 2 days, which was kindly accommodated by the owner. If you visit Siem Reap, we 100% recommend Anansaya La Maison, you will not be disappointed.

The swimming pools and gardens are beautiful and very calming. We enjoyed the breakfast which has many options and the staff were so kind. It’s in a quieter part of the city but a short (free) tuk tuk ride into town or you can order a grab. We also appreciated the breakfast box they made for us when we left early to see Angkor Wat at sunrise. Would recommend and stay again!

This place is truly magical!!! The service is completely unmatched as the staff really do go out of their way to make sure you have the most enjoyable experience. We visited in dry season so unfortunately the river is lower than usual, however, it was still great to see the resident water buffalo and elephant cool off and play in the water. I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts during our stay, from the amazing greeting on arrival to the turn down service, the special table setup for dinner with INCREDIBLE food from a local chef, we were continually humbled by how thoughtful and kind everyone was. If you are planning on doing some temple tours, this is a great place to come home to and recharge in the movie star style tent villas that make you feel like you're on a remote tomb raider expedition. I highly recommend experiencing this place!!

The breakfast was extremely extensive and delicious. Eggs, crepes, waffles etc. were freshly prepared on request. The food in the restaurant was also very good. However, the prices were on a European level. I had a very large room furnished in the country style with a corresponding bathroom and balcony, just as Booking.com had pictured. I would particularly like to emphasize that Kanika, a young receptionist, answered all my questions at any time and in a very friendly manner. She also took care of booking my excursions, even when she had a day off. Thank you, Kanika. I really appreciated this.

Absolutely everything!! Surroundings- absolutely stunning!! The grounds are well maintained and get exceptionally clean. The facilities are amazing! Great pool, gym and spa ( jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, sauna, steam room) Rooms- beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Four bottles of water in the room was great! Never ever had to buy any. Also the rolls were always very clean. Food and drink- delicious. Staff- so welcoming, friendly,helpful and kind.

So much history, and the people are charming!

So much history, and the people are charming! We spent six days in the area and could easily have stayed another week. Siem Reap was one of our favorite areas on our 28-day trip in Southeast Asia. The Siem Reap area has not yet fully recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the tourism industry is still struggling. Local tour operators are operating at approximately 25% of their pre-COVID-19 tour levels, and many are struggling in the current economic environment. Don't let the border situation between Cambodia and Thailand deter you from visiting. The problems are limited to a small border area and are easily avoided. The area is safe and there are so many temples to visit -- not just Angkor Watt.

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th!

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location — just a short walk to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast, and swimming pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Siem Reap!
