United KingdomThe situation of this hotel is stunning, with beautiful wide-ranging views out over rolling countryside. It’s found at the end of the lovely traditional Putang village, and we thought it is a far more pleasant place to stay than in town. The couple who run it were very friendly and welcoming and they cooked delicious, simple and small, but tasty meals. The home-made jams at breakfast with home-baked bread were lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. I thoroughly recommend it.

BelgiumI stayed at Manel’s guesthouse for 4 nights with a couple of friends. It was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Manel and his family are super nice and helpful. And there are 2 cute kittens.
The first day we rented motorbikes to go to different places Manel had recommended. The second and third day we did a jungle hike with Hong and slept in a local village. We booked it through Manel. It was challenging but worth it, one of our favourite things we did in Cambodia. We could leave our suitcase at the guesthouse while hiking.
I would 100% recommend staying at this place. One of my favorite guesthouses in Cambodia.

Czech RepublicThe owner is very nice host and is very advisory. He helped us with any troubles we had. You can rent a motorbike or bicycle for very good price and the owner can give you good travel tips. The place is very calm and silent so you can relax and refresh before activities in Mondulkiri.

This was above our expectations.
All is great:
- the food
- the room which looks like a Cambodian house style.
- the mattresses
- the manager who shared with us great tips for visiting with a Bunong lady the surroundings. We were able to discover Mondulkiri with another perspective. We were off the paths.

Elephants, Gibbons, waterfalls, market.
Elephants, Gibbons, waterfalls, market. That's what you have at Sen Monorom. Five hours away is Kratie, if you want to visit the Mekong Dolphins via boat tour or kayak. There's also temples and waterfalls.

Little town with an atmosphere, it was difficult to leave!
The wildlife around is thriving and we totally recommend trekking and visiting the animal conservation projets around.
There are e few good restaurants around like the hangout at which we ate 4 times, with a very welcoming lady.

Loved our stay at the Nature Lodge where we ate great food...
Loved our stay at the Nature Lodge where we ate great food at the onsite restaurant. We had one full day trip sightseeing around Sen Monorom and surrounds where we went to a local Coffee Plantation for lunch which was higher in price for food (close to Australian prices) but very delicious, walked through local farms, Bou Sra Eco Park where we saw Bou Sra waterfall which I would recommend, the Sea Forest Lookout was a fun way to watch the sunset while taking cheesy touristy photos, and Sunset Hill/Phnom Do Kramom which gave us a beautiful panorama of Sen Monorom. A highlight of my entire Cambodian trip was the 2-Day jungle trek with the Mondulkiri Project which I would 100% recommend as an ethical ecotourism project which gives back directly to land conservation, supporting a local Indigenous village and the rescue and safe keeping of elephants which have been removed from previously unethical working backgrounds which endangered them. The town had everything we needed when visiting but didn't spend much time around the markets or town centre to be able to comment. Very easy to get a tuk tuk to get around and buses travel to and from major towns and cities daily.
