The staff was very kind. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious. The massagist was very smiley, kind and made perfect massage. In the restaurant we ate the most delicious lamb chops. Most of the touristic sights were on a walking distance. The breakfast was very good. Perfect service, perfect hotel.

The most friendly staff i've met during my trip in Cambodia! Spacious room, great matrass, very clean, nice decoration, great breakfast, enough pressure at the shower to wash my hair. The location of the hotel was fine for me. Next to the busstop and enough to see on walking distance. Otherwise I used a tuktuk on my way back, especially on the very warm days. Thank you all for my great stay, please keep up with this great hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern and well-equipped facilities. Our room was stylish and comfortable and felt impeccably clean and new. The breathtaking view overlooking the BKK area, the Royal Palace, and the river was an absolute highlight, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Beyond the excellent amenities which are a credit to staff and management, what truly made our experience special was the warm and high quality service. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, working together seamlessly to ensure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. We especially want to commend Chamnan, Lily, Pattya, Dara, and Sophea for their exceptional hospitality – each of them contributed in their role to make our time at Capri by Fraser most enjoyable. Bliss and serenity, a comfortable oasis from the rather oppressive heat of the city. It is clear that this hotel and its dedicated team have a bright future in this competitive market. We wholeheartedly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh.

Nice urban hotel near the "life". Good hotel with exceptional staff from check inn to check out and also very open communication.  Easy and safe for guests meeting and a nice roof top bar with acceptable pricing. Room well maintened and a good water pressure for shower with warm and stable water supply. Internet is ok,  even sometimes very slow and nearly everywhere available.  Breakfast is ok, even could be better im variation and quality, but still ok. A very good place for business, holidays or entertainment .

Phnom Penh is a great place with all the hustle and bustle...

Phnom Penh is a great place with all the hustle and bustle of a capital city but will smaller, quieter places if you look for them. It has international food from all over the world. Various party districts with pubs and clubs if you are interested - from Bassac Lane to the Riverside. There is all sorts of attractions - history, tragedy, art, family-friendly, markets, malls, royal palaces, and grand buildings. The people are friendly, and the prices are very affordable. You can have a luxury holiday at a bargain price.

I stayed here for 7 nights, I wanted to take it easy and sprnd time relaxing at the hotel. 3 to 4 days is more thatn enough to see Phnom Penh, I saw most of the city in a day or two. Lovely palace, Walk along the river every night was great watching locals enjoying themselves having theur meals/picnics on the green spaces in from of the palace.

Phnom Penh is a vibrant city, but has very few tourists.

Phnom Penh is a vibrant city, but has very few tourists. People are polite and humble, they are very nice to tourists. There is a great night market, and plenty of food options to choose from. The Royal Palace area and buildings are beautiful and very peaceful. There are lots of nice temples, and you can also take a sunset boat ride on the river. The Tuol Sleng/S21 museum is shocking but very educational. You can experience and learn a lot about the country in this city.
