The room was spacious with great views to the pool and the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety. The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious. The front desk accommodated me with a last minute massage. The breakfast had many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The view from the restaurant in the evening was spectacular. They also made a drink for me that wasn't on the menu which was the perfect night cap.

Wow, I have never stayed in a nicer hotel than this. Tucked away in beautiful surroundings in the middle of Phnom Penh. Tranquil, clean, comfortable, quiet, kind and helpful staff, fantastic good value food. I could go on and on. I must come back here, not just for 2 nights like this time, but maybe 4-5.

This was a fantastic hotel for our last night of our trip. The beds were just right and cosy, we had a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool that was calm and looking over the area! It was easy to walk around the area and the staff are super helpful as much as they can and warm.

We travelled to the Rosewood Phnom Penh for a friend's 50th celebrations in May 2025. The hotel feels new, is luxuriously appointed with its interiors, incredibly clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, but special mention should be given to Daneth at reception who felt like our personal butler over the long weekend of staying at the hotel. She went above and beyond assisting with all of our requests including a very well received late checkout on our final day for a late flight, was happy to give restaurant recommendations before we arrived and helped arrange a lovely 50th celebration for my girlfriend. Unfortunately Sora rooftop bar which had been pre-booked and confirmed for my girlfriend's 50th was unavailable on the night due to a last minute request to book the space by a Government Official, however the staff did their utmost to make the backup Plan B very special and fun, and we enjoyed our evening in the Sky Lobby Bar instead. It also rained over the weekend so no one was able to enjoy the rooftop cocktail bar which was a shame, however the indoor Whiskey Bar was lovely and intimate, with spectacular views over the city. If you are staying on a Sunday, definitely indulge and book Brasserie Louis for their free flow brunch, it really is amazing. Overall my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood and we would be very happy to recommend it, although pricey for a South East Asian getaway hotel, we were happy to splash out on this occasion for such a comfortable stay. Also you are within a few minutes tuk tuk ride away from the Raffles Hotel for a cocktail at The Elephant Bar for a change of venue!

The hotel's decoration is magnificent with traditional crafts and the room is spacious with private bathroom with bathtub. Also, the beds are so big, nice, and neat. The morning buffet is delightful with choices of international foods. There are taxis infront of the building which makes more convinent to visit places. The location is great as it is close to the Royal Palace, National museum, and the Royal University of Fine Arts, and it is plenty choices of foods there.

It is difficult to exaggerate what an important part this hotel played in my life over the last week. While staying, my wife became ill, the management recommends a hospital and provided a driver. Day after day, as I was staying there alone, they expressed genuine concern and have kept in touch since. It was like having a hotel family! And, I couldn’t have been stranded in a better place - comfortable environment, great food!

All staff I encountered (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning)were amazing and would do anything possible to fulfil requests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed great water pressure and reliable wifi. The highlight was probably the huge bedroom window overlooking the hotel gardens and river - a fantastic sight to wake to.

Phnom Penh is a great place with all the hustle and bustle...

Phnom Penh is a great place with all the hustle and bustle of a capital city but will smaller, quieter places if you look for them. It has international food from all over the world. Various party districts with pubs and clubs if you are interested - from Bassac Lane to the Riverside. There is all sorts of attractions - history, tragedy, art, family-friendly, markets, malls, royal palaces, and grand buildings. The people are friendly, and the prices are very affordable. You can have a luxury holiday at a bargain price.

I stayed here for 7 nights, I wanted to take it easy and sprnd time relaxing at the hotel. 3 to 4 days is more thatn enough to see Phnom Penh, I saw most of the city in a day or two. Lovely palace, Walk along the river every night was great watching locals enjoying themselves having theur meals/picnics on the green spaces in from of the palace.

Phnom Penh is a vibrant city, but has very few tourists.

Phnom Penh is a vibrant city, but has very few tourists. People are polite and humble, they are very nice to tourists. There is a great night market, and plenty of food options to choose from. The Royal Palace area and buildings are beautiful and very peaceful. There are lots of nice temples, and you can also take a sunset boat ride on the river. The Tuol Sleng/S21 museum is shocking but very educational. You can experience and learn a lot about the country in this city.
