Its name “House” is totally valid. You can really feel like at home inside its large rooms and suites with fully equipped kitchens. Located almost right across the airport expressway, it can normally be reached in less than 30 minutes from the airport. Rooms provide amazing city views.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. We were able to get early check-in and early check-out which worked out well for our flight. The staff was very helpful, we had a lot of luggage and weren't sure we were within the airline limit, so they weighed each bag for us, which was wonderful, really put our minds at ease. The wing of the hotel we were in had been upgraded from the last time we were here and the place looks and feels modern and amazing. We were also able to get food for the baby early in the morning before we went down for breakfast which made for a more relaxed breakfast experience.

Really enjoyed this place. Very near Wilson airport and the bus stations. Great room with bath, good staff, really nice rest with fireplace and excellent affordable food. Also enjoyed the heated pool and steam room. Front gate security and private property also bonuses. Excellent value overall

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Vibrant city, with great restaurants and cafe. I like staying in Westlands for convenience and use of expressway- just 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Karen and less than 10 minutes to city centre.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general. People are not welcome with tourist at all. They care only to take money without even providing the necessary. For what they are providing the prices are selling is extremely high. Food and water from wherever we ate during 14 days caused us illness. Kenya worth it only for safari 3-4 days are enough to leave the country with good impression. Pick up and drop off from the airport and straight to safari.
