I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

During our stay, both Dan and the hotel staff made us feel at home and became like a family with the guests staying with us at the same time. You can observe the refined taste of its owner, Dan, in every corner of Drexel House, which fills the definition of a boutique hotel. You can spend the whole day reading a book, chatting with your loved ones, sipping your tea/coffee and eating your meal in its authentic and peaceful garden. The best thing is that you can have your breakfast at any time you want, you can't have such luxury anywhere! We are grateful to Dan, the owner of the hotel,and dear Bibiana who personally took care of my mother and niece who was sick when we arrived at the hotel, and did their best so that they can recover quickly. Happily provided whatever we needed! We look forward to visiting them again in the shortest possible time! And I believe that even after years, Drexel will maintain its current quality and offer the highest quality service to its guests. Boutique Hotel at its best!
