I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ololo. The Staff are amazing, so helpful and always on hand! Ololo is family run (special mention to Fred the family dog) so you feel like you’re really part of the group! The game drives are brilliant and led by very knowledgeable guides, we managed to see 4 of the big 5 in just a couple of days! The food is fantastic, brilliant portion sizes and all home made. We also visited the farm at the back of the property and it was great to see first-hand how Ololo is virtually self sustainable. Our room was so cosy and we even had monkeys playing outside our window most afternoons. We can’t wait to come back soon! HIGHLY recommend.

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Vibrant city, with great restaurants and cafe. I like staying in Westlands for convenience and use of expressway- just 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Karen and less than 10 minutes to city centre.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general. People are not welcome with tourist at all. They care only to take money without even providing the necessary. For what they are providing the prices are selling is extremely high. Food and water from wherever we ate during 14 days caused us illness. Kenya worth it only for safari 3-4 days are enough to leave the country with good impression. Pick up and drop off from the airport and straight to safari.
