I loved that the location was inside the airport for transit which made transiting easier. The place was beautifully decorated and very tranquil. A place to relax and unwind after a flight and waiting for the next flight. The food was stunning and wine selection fabulous. Joeseph at reception was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience and I would not chose another hotel in the future and plan to travel thru Nairobi regularly.

Its name “House” is totally valid. You can really feel like at home inside its large rooms and suites with fully equipped kitchens. Located almost right across the airport expressway, it can normally be reached in less than 30 minutes from the airport. Rooms provide amazing city views.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Actually there's more friction stories on the service offered at the facility. I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Vibrant city, with great restaurants and cafe. I like staying in Westlands for convenience and use of expressway- just 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Karen and less than 10 minutes to city centre.

Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around. Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general. People are not welcome with tourist at all. They care only to take money without even providing the necessary. For what they are providing the prices are selling is extremely high. Food and water from wherever we ate during 14 days caused us illness. Kenya worth it only for safari 3-4 days are enough to leave the country with good impression. Pick up and drop off from the airport and straight to safari.

The place is spotless and neat.

The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
