One of the best hotels not only in Mombasa but in the al Kenya with the best staff ever.!!!!!!!! From the reception to the restaurant and to the front door everyone is there to help you and make your stay smooth and pleasant. Yvonne was the first person we met and she offered us a free upgrade to our room and she also did her best and achieved to let us stay in the room until 2.00 o'clock although checking out time is 10.30. All the staff in the restaurant is excellent, polite and friendly. Everything is sparkling clean and comfy. There is a very good restaurant and a great bar next to the pool and thd food is quite good. Thank you very much guys for helping us with all our issues. We had a great time because of you and we are looking forward to see you again.

The staff are genuinely happy to be there and to see u anytime of the day. The pool is huge :) The room turnover was regular with additional water bottles when requested. The best part was the entertainment team, they made sure everybody was involved in water and beach sports at all times, all of them were great. Every night there was an event u won't need to leave the hotel. Good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The al a carte restaurant makes the best seafood with the biggest shrimps and lobesters. Sunset Tea time by the pool was the highlight of the day, water polo and beach volleyball everyday, morning water aerobics and stretches, you would be surprised u will enjoy them. The hotel is always hosting conferences so a variety of people keep coming through. The billiard bar at the top of the cliff had a fantastic view and atmosphere don't forget to visit it. The lay out of the hotel going uphill giving u a wide view of the ocean till the horizon. The ladies on the beach at the hotel exit braid hair like no others. Better than a five star hotel.

The location right on the beach is amazing. We paid for a room with a sea view which in my opinion was well worth it, it was great sitting on the balcony facing the sea for a drink and snack. Rooms are very confortable with a well working AC. I particularly loved the bed and pillows that were super comfy plus beds are very wide giving you plenty of space. Food at the restaurant was quite good, all vegetarian. The pool is super enjoyable and not directly in the sun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they got us breakfast ready early as we had to leave before breakfast time and let us choose some of the music in the bar. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!

The people and their culture. Very friendly community. Their traditional Madafu drink from the coconut calms the body system, their traditional food roasted and deep fried cassava was mouth watering. Easy to get from the beach to the street vendors. It’s Holiday time, Mombasa is the place to be.

It's has variety of things. Great restaurants nearby like the Istanbul Beach Cave Restaurant. Great malls and entertainment joints. It was exciting to learn that the Old Bobs is the new 1922 club.

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on...

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Nyali has got all the beauties everyone imagines. Though the property I stayed in was not good due to lack of information while choosing, Nyali hosts all the epic places any person feels so excited. Am really amazed with Mombasa in general and Nyali in particular. Crime rate feels zero level. People are very supportive and amazing. Mombasa/ Nyali has been beyond my expectation! I enjoyed it! Appreciative of Kenyans - wonderful people!

Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

Absolutely loved the really warm sea, clean beaches which were never overcrowded with safe places to leave ones things. Wild Water was great fun with no long queues for the slides and tubes, Fort Jesus was really interesting and a great look back into the history of the place. Very easy to get around with vans, taxis and tuk-tuks, not sure I would want to drive myself, very hectic. Mombasa has two distinct sides, the modern shopping malls and the traditional side of Kenya with it's little street shops and stalls with I love. I would defiantly recommend as a visit and already looking forward to my next trip.

Its a nice town bustling with activity and its proximity to other amenities such as clubs, many nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops is very nice. Transport is easily available to other parts of the town, very friendly people, a variety of restaurants serving local dishes, barbeque chicken is a favourite and readily available every evening.

You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place.

You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place. At night you can hear many nightclubs but at least they stopped at a certain time. The beach is also crowded but offers many different amenities. It is not an upscale destination like it used to be

Always fun to be here. I will always come back many times over. Love the old town, the food and the mixed cultures. Full of spice, oriental and african and arabic such a cross roads. A city that is older than the country just pure beauty. Loved every second of it
