Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, modern. For breakfast I was attended by Mike who was very friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. The breakfast was good quality, I had a delicious omelette and sausages. I arrived very early and they were happy to hold my luggage so I could see the city. Later upon check-in my baggage was already in my room.. Also at checkout they let me stay in the common areas as I waited for my train. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The staff are the most friendly and helpful staff I've had the privilege to be around. Kristina at reception is so resourceful, she once even had an umbrella on hand for me just as it started to rain. All the service staff where beyond helpful at the bar, restaurant and breakfast service The cleaners where always on time and left the room pristine Even the trainees are exceptional in paticular Grace who is made for the hospitality field and she works hard with a smile on her face. Hotel beautifully located in palm park that gives you enough shade when you need it. Great pool, beautiful beach with gentle descent to the beach. Because of tides, if you want to swim choose the right time. When the water is low, it reaches your buttom (but this is great for younger kind in the other hand). No shoes are needed unless you plan to walk over the reef. Food is excellent! Variety of international cousine but also african corner. No mosquitos, some little monkeys instead ;) Rooms are good enough, air conditioning is working well. Some were complaining that those need renovation - well, if you are clingy you may be right. I didn’t come to sit at the room :) But, what makes this hotel unique is THE STUFF. They are so kind and helpful that as a genuine Pole sometimes i didn’t know how to react xD And last but not least - animation team: salsa lessons, quiz games, african evening - everything was done professionally and with devotion. When there was only one lady in the pool for aqua him, 3 team members jumped into the pool for her not to feel alone!!! 👏👏👏

I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!

It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

Nyali has got all the beauties everyone imagines.

Nyali has got all the beauties everyone imagines. Though the property I stayed in was not good due to lack of information while choosing, Nyali hosts all the epic places any person feels so excited. Am really amazed with Mombasa in general and Nyali in particular. Crime rate feels zero level. People are very supportive and amazing. Mombasa/ Nyali has been beyond my expectation! I enjoyed it! Appreciative of Kenyans - wonderful people!

Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

Absolutely loved the really warm sea, clean beaches which were never overcrowded with safe places to leave ones things. Wild Water was great fun with no long queues for the slides and tubes, Fort Jesus was really interesting and a great look back into the history of the place. Very easy to get around with vans, taxis and tuk-tuks, not sure I would want to drive myself, very hectic. Mombasa has two distinct sides, the modern shopping malls and the traditional side of Kenya with it's little street shops and stalls with I love. I would defiantly recommend as a visit and already looking forward to my next trip.

Its a nice town bustling with activity and its proximity to other amenities such as clubs, many nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops is very nice. Transport is easily available to other parts of the town, very friendly people, a variety of restaurants serving local dishes, barbeque chicken is a favourite and readily available every evening.

You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place.

You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place. At night you can hear many nightclubs but at least they stopped at a certain time. The beach is also crowded but offers many different amenities. It is not an upscale destination like it used to be

Always fun to be here. I will always come back many times over. Love the old town, the food and the mixed cultures. Full of spice, oriental and african and arabic such a cross roads. A city that is older than the country just pure beauty. Loved every second of it
