This was my first time at Imperial since Sarova acquired the hotel and I'm in awe. First, the service was absolutely exceptional. Everyone from the hotel security, reception, housekeeping and even the waiter staff was incredibly hospital. The rooms were completely overhauled and that scary old carpet is gone. The rooms are fresh airy and clean, with fresh towels and robes, slippers and high-quality yet sustainable toiletries. Sincere thanks to Nelly and Mercy at the front desk, the GM as well as Biko who assured us of the Sarova standard and fully delivered.

Kisumu was a vibe ,we were out on a boat ride ,then dinner...

Kisumu was a vibe ,we were out on a boat ride ,then dinner at a friend's home in Seme kombewa ,we then got back to Kisumu city and checked out one night club which was a vibe ,didn't stay out late because we were driving back on Sunday morning. All in all I will definitely visit Kisumu again. We had masala tilapia fish and brown ugali ,that was a blast. We were out of town at a friends beach house on Saturday, so we didn't drive around Kisumu

The location of the house along the road, the house was clean and the agent was kind and helpful. The balcony area was not so good looking i know is because of the road construction. I will recommend someone.

Kisumu is a warm town.

Kisumu is a warm town. Warm in the sense of the weather and the people. There is amazing food here and the city is quite beautiful. The lake view is breathtaking to say the least and the air is just pure and clean.
