1. Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

The Hotel has fabulous location, nice and calm area facing the water cannel. fortunately do not feel far from the city center since the shuttle bus transfer directly from hotel to JR station all day long. The staff (receptionst, bus driviers, swimming life guard,cleaners,etc,) are helpful with gorgeous smile. The room spacious, neat and well organized. Bathroom immaculate and provided with all necessary items. Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time. Universal studios, was a blast, a crazy experience and it was very fun to start off Japan. Osaka castle was really cool to see as well, using the osaka fun pass, it was free to visit these attractions. Klook has good deals and there was good shopping and food. Things like the cruise at dotonbori, included in the pass was fun to see all the vibrant lights and to taste all the street food. Shopping was decent there and there was a lot to do in Osaka, like roaming the streets at night, or going to spa world at 2am, the place is huge with multiple floors and with lots of saunas and different spas for an affordable price, one of the best onsens.

I really loved the layout of the room.

I really loved the layout of the room. Having a dedicated lounge room seperate from the bedroom was great. What I thought might be improved upon was the signage to the reception area. Coming from the train, you walk in and you’re on the second floor looking down into an open area where as you walk past a pharmacy you see a reception. Going into the lifts, perhaps have a sign saying that the reception is to the left following the red arrow.

You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

Felt like this area was more of a shopping and eating, I guess it depended where your hotel was located. Our hotel was located more near anime character retailers and places to eat and close (21 min) walk to lots of shopping streets. Most of the people working at the retail shops were really friendly and helpful, even the ones in Hep 5 area. We did run into our share of rude locals and a rude racist tourist especially little children. Bad behavior include pushing and cutting us in line even though clearly there is a line of people present.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.
