This hotel was terrific for such a budget price, including breakfast. Easy, easy walk from the station, easy walk to lots of restaurants too. Smallish room but had everything we needed, clean & comfortable. Staff were very nice too.

The cleanliness and spacious room is exceptional good and by far biggest room. The hot spring is available throughout the night which is very helpful especially when one has entire day adventure to ease the tense muscles. The build in restaurant offers good value for money meals which help those who has no means of transport. The washer and dryer allows its patron usage helps tourist. Hotel next to Shari river. Sunrise and sunset is beautiful. Night stars can be seen just out of windows.

The location was wonderful and the hosts were the best people ever! It is such a tranquil place where one can really relax and enjoy the charm of the Japanese countryside. Getting there is easy by car and it's the perfect place to explore the Abashiri area from. The breakfast and the kaiseki dinner that the host prepares are to die for!!! Everything is locally sourced and seasonal and it was really the best home cooked meal we have ever had. If you want to experience true Japanese hospitality and the nicest people ever, we highly recommend you stay here! We are looking forward to experience Anima no Sato during summer as well.

The entrance to the hotel gave us the impression of arriving in an enchanted house in the middle of the forest, it was beautiful! Moreover, we chose a Japanese style room and we slept like babies. The women's onsen was also perfect: several hot baths, a cold one to give us energy, a sauna and a magnificent outdoor bath which again gave us the feeling of bathing in the middle of the forest. Breakfast was amazing too. Lots of choice, everything was neat and delicious. We loved the atmosphere and the view on the garden. And last but not least, the staff was really helpful and lovely from start to finish! :)

Truly enjoyed my stay at Kiki Shiretoko Natural Resort - Stayed in natural twin room, a western style room with a beautiful view of town and frozen sea in winter. Spotlessly clean and spacious room. Comfy bed. - Calm and relaxing ambience and great facilities at the resort - Excellent buffet with nice quality of food - Soothing onsen - Great attentive Japanese hospitality. Staff were really nice and polite. - The Shiretoko Airport Liner bus picks up and drops off from here once a day. Otherwise, the resort can provide free shuttle to bus station (5 mins).

The whole stay was wonderful, everything from the room through the onsen to the meals was perfect. The room was spacious and well equipped, large enough for two futon beds that were arranged while we had dinner, a small table and a counter with bar seats by the window (which had a lovely sea view). As for the food, we had dinner and breakfast which were both fantastic and comprised of several small dishes - cold plates, tempura , fried fish and more. We also used the private onsen and had great time.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November 2023. The Japanese-Style Twin Room - Non-Smoking - West Wing, the room was tidy, very spacious and overlook the Sea of Okhotsk. Internationl and Japanese original dish in buffet breafast and dinner. Lots of choices and very delicious dishes. There are male and female Onsen, also you can book a private Open Air Onsen Bath. Onsite Hokkaido souvenir shops for shopping and tax refunds as a big bonus. We would denfinely stay here again if we go to Shari again.

The hotel is very close to the Shiretoko Station and next to the Shiretoko Bus Terminal. So very convenient to visit some cities around Shari. The room was super clean, really confortable, very beautiful and modern. On the ground floor, a washing machine and a dryer are available. They are located in the changing room of the onsen. The onsen is free for the guests. There is also free coffee available for the guests until 10am.
