The rooms were wonderful especially on the second floor. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service, to and from the port and beaches was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! 🙂 The location is close to the port, so it’s a bit further from the beach, but the hotel provides convenient transportation to the island’s two main beaches. Shuttles run multiple times a day—just let them know when you’d like to go, and they’ll arrange it for you. The hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing, and it is actually the best we tried on the island! The food was fantastic, with also delicious vegetarian options on my request, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, heard, and that we dont miss anything. They were incredibly friendly and helpful ❤️ As for the rooms, everything was spotless, clean, and the hotel seems to be new.

The shuttle service on the island provided by the hotel was amazing. The hotel staff was so friendly. They even made photo stops during transport. I went out snorkelling and to watch the sunset with them. They were so friendly and enthusiastic and make sure you have an amazing time.

there was a typhoon alert and we wanted to cancel to go back to the main island. they reimbursed without any problem! They also let us leave our luggage for a day and use their shower by paying a small fee

It was really clean and everything you needed was there. Beautiful sun terrace on the top. Right near the ferry terminal. Amazing staff. The receptionist Naa who looked after us was so helpful.

Fantastic place, hosts are so wonderful, we got caught by massive storm while being at Furuzamami and had to leave bikes from Yenn's Marina there due to heavy conditions, as were offered a ride by car by some locals, hosts pick the bikes later by themselves. Tastefull breakfast and just two houses away from very good restaurant, rooms are very clean and spacious. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our stay at the kamekamehouse exceeded our expectations in the most positive way. The staff picked us from the port and drop us off to the port for our final destination, something we were not expecting. The breakfast and the okinawa style dinner were amazing and homemade by the owner, making the experience even more delightful and delicious. We stayed in a japanese style room. The room was spacious, clean and provided us of all the amenities needed for our stay. The staff was amazing and was always ready to help us with whatever we needed. Furthermore, the location to the beach was so close. Also, you are greeted with Mugi, the owner's dog who is very sweet, non threatning and a really nice pig! I really cannot emphasize how amazing our experience was in Kamekamehouse. Even though it was one night, we wish we could've stayed for more days. I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to know Tokashiki island to spend at least a night here and feel the japanese/okinawan culture to the max!
