The hot spring bath was superb - the facilities of the hot spring bath was well planned and organized. Max value next to the hotel is very convenient. We traveled by car so free car park was a plus and we did not care that it's a bit far from the city center.

Room size, Facilitis and the location, we didn't expect if there's very big shopping mall next to the hotel for just 2 minutes walk. The hotel location also next to the sea whcih I can be do my exercise every morning. A lot of space of Car park area which I can easily access and park. The hotel also close to Toyota Rent a Car where I can get and return my rental car easily. Everything here perfect and fit for the guests who get the car for only 30 miniutes drive to Nagoya city.

Stayed with family which included a preschooler, in one of the Japanese style twin rooms. Bookings weren't the easiest to get (I think multiple groups cycle in and out as a final destination before heading to the airport) but I'm glad we did! Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Room was large and comfortable (minor inconvenience of having to take off your shoes at the lift landing rather than at your room). Easy access to the airport (even the local trains weren't crowded in that direction in the morning and we had no trouble going in with our luggage), and to the tiny and beautiful cafes of the Pottery Footpath locale! Aeon mall was one stop (or a short walk) away.

Wonderful service by all the staff! Friendly, warm and sincere. The free shuttle turned out to be the owner and staff who came to get us from the station! The 3 private onsen was a big draw for us as we were shy. Beautiful sea view! Would definitely return!

The room was clean. The breakfast was included and was excellent. There was a choice of Western style and Japanese style. The staff were very polite and helpful. They smiled genuinely and engaged appropriately. The wifi was free and worked well at all times.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable with good...

The room was basic but clean and comfortable with good shower, all that we needed for a good night sleep. There were free coffee and tea provided at the reception area as in other hotels. Only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the Terminal 1 departure hall was incredible, can't think of a better option than staying here. Breakfast starts at 6am which is earlier than the few hotels we have stayed during the trip.

The house is nice, just a little hard to find, because there are two big cars in front of the house, making me confused about it when I find it. The landlady provides a lot of snacks and drinks, all for free, which is great for the kids. All you need is in the house.

One of Japan's six ancient kiln towns.

One of Japan's six ancient kiln towns. If you are into ceramics it's a brilliant place to visit. If you're not, it's a lovely, relaxed town with nice walks and good places to eat. Very close to Nagoya airport. There is a free shuttle bus into Tokoname or use the station. Home of the lucky waving cat - Maneki Neko!
