Luxotel Aqaba was the highlight hotel of our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Svetlana, who was just lovely throughout our stay. We were very grateful to receive upgraded rooms and had amazing views of the Red Sea. We were travelling to celebrate milestone wedding anniversaries and our rooms had been beautifully decorated with lovely towel arrangements and petals, this was such a lovely touch. The hotel itself was fabulous. The bed and linen were amazing! The pool was lovely and the beach just steps away … perfect! We booked this hotel for a couple of nights to relax after a month away and before heading home to Australia. We had the buffet dinner both nights that we stayed at the hotel and the food was some of the most tasty that we had during our holiday. A special shout out to Ibrahim and the Team in the dining room, who also made our stay so special. One of our party is celiac and the chef was extremely helpful in this regard. I wish I could remember his name as he went as far as preparing special desserts, which was a first during our holiday. All in all a fabulous stay at a fabulous hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we were to return to Jordan.

It was a wonderful central positioned hotel which was a good value for money. We stayed in a different 4 star hotel in Aqaba and it was uncompareable. This one was much nicer and cleaner. The room was perfect, clean, spacious, airy, with a big window and balcony with a mountain view. They upgraded our room free so we got a room with a balcony. There was also a nice, modern and clean bathroom. The wifi and aircon were working perfectly, there was a fridge, too, every day we got a big bottle of water complimentary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking says you have to pay a 50 dinar refundable guarantee when you check-in but luckily we didn´t have to because we were leaving and we wouldn´t be able to spend that money. The beds were wide and very comfortable. Regarding breakfast - so much to choose from - different kinds of breads, croissants, danish pastry, cheeses, baklava, yohurts, pancakes, waffles, eggs, vegetable, fruits, hummus, typical local foods ... so we were satisfied.

Great hotel! Close to the beach, extremely well breakfast, amazing staff - from the reception team over the cleaning to the kitchen staff everyone was very talented and did a great job! Super welcoming and helpful staff, they really cuddled us. Excellent quality of the linen, towels, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever tried! It was quite cold and windy, we couldn't enjoy for long the external pools, which are in a spectacular position. Would be nice to get back with warmer weather, we enjoyed the sauna instead! The beach is 1 minute away by car.

It’s a new property so everything was clean and comfy. The staff are all so kind and helpful. With special appreciation for Nour & Mariam who made our stay pleasant. Once the rooftop area and pool are functional the hotel will be even better! 100% recommend!

Good hotel close to the centre / walking distance to the sea, but you need to drive 15km to the south if you want to go to the private beaches and diving places. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, we had a newly refurbished room. The pool on the top floor is great, though the water was a bit cold. The breakfast was sufficient, and it was also on the 7th floor with good panorama while eating. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to rearrange our trip and they were supporting a lot. There is free parking on the street.

We really liked the hotel and it was perfect for what we booked it for - enjoying the sun without any care in the world. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh waterbottles and toiletries and the staff in the reception was A++ - very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it! Also the breakfast buffet was very nice and they had a looooot of choices.

Wadi Rum is a truly fascinating place, full of raw, authentic beauty. The local people are extremely friendly and welcoming, offering camel rides and traditional Jordanian tea in their tents. The views are spectacular, with pristine landscapes that feel untouched. It’s no surprise that many famous movies—like Star Wars and Dune—were filmed here. A memorable destination worth visiting.

Such an amazing city with welcoming community. Try visiting ghandour beach in the morning to avoid the crowd Your stay should be at Aquavista hotel or Captains hotel if you are on a budget. Most of the restaurants have amazing and delicious menu’s Ayla oasis have to be on your visit check list.

From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Rami also went the extra mile with small gestures that made a big difference — from helping us wrap our scarves perfectly for the desert wind to making sure we always felt comfortable and cared for. Every request was met with a smile and handled right away. Thanks to Rami, our stay at Al Sultana Luxury Camp was smooth, memorable, and full of warmth. I’ve already recommended this camp to my friends, family, and colleagues — it’s an experience you don’t want to miss, especially with someone as dedicated and kind as Rami ensuring your stay is perfect.

It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

Amazing Family Getaway in Aqaba, Jordan I recently had the pleasure of spending three days in Aqaba, Jordan with my family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the city and its stunning landscapes. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect.
