The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. It exceeded my expectations, as did the staff. Thanks a million to Marwan, Rami, Nour, and Meshal for all of your help and assistance. You are all 5 stars and excellent in your work!

We had a great time at Amman Paradise Hotel. The room was spacious, equipped with everything you need (even toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream) and very clean and as we were on the 9th floor we had a nice view and could enjoy beautiful sunsets. All the stuff were most friendly and helpful at any time. We had food 3 times at the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of choices and varies from day to day. The hotel is located in a quiet area only a few minutes by taxi from downtown Amman. Taxis you will find right in front of the entrance. A supermarket is also right next to the hotel. This is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect if you are looking for be in the middle of the downtown. The employees are super good and kindly like Hadi. In the hotel help us to take transportation to Petra and for the airport at excellent price. We really recommended it.

The Staff is super nice and they helped us with a lot of things , they even accepted a delayed check- out with was super nice because our plane way back was in the afternoon and we had to stay outside until we go to the airport , but they were so gentle to make us stay a bit more without charging us - and the Restaurant Staff is so cool and super nice, and the over all ambiance was amazing , and the fire place they have in the lobby is super charming and you can stay there read or work calmly. The food at the restaurant is really good.

I had a really nice short stay in Amman. The location of the hotel is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions, local shops, and restaurants on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were always available to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable night, including a good bed, clean bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. Although it was just a one-night stay, I felt well taken care of and very much at home. I would definitely recommend Beirut Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and friendly spot to stay in Amman, even for a short visit
