I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. First of all, I would like to highlight the attitude of the staff — exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. It never felt formal or mechanical; instead, there was a real sense of attention to guests’ comfort and well-being, which made the experience especially pleasant. I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel — calm, harmonious, and aesthetically pleasing, a place where it is easy to relax and feel well taken care of. Additionally, I had a great experience with the cuisine. I ordered room service, and the spaghetti were particularly memorable — absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and of true restaurant quality rather than typical in-room dining. Thank you to the entire team for the attention to detail and for creating such a warm and comfortable experience for your guests.

The hotel has a private parking. We came slightly earlier than our booking but they let us check in. The gentleman on the reception was really nice, polite and helpful. He explained everything to us. We stayed for one night only and it was on Monday when most of the amenities in the town were closed along with the restaurant(pizzaria) near the hotel, but the receptionist helped us when he told us where to have a nice proper dinner. We had a nice walk to the town centre and then had a wonderful Italian pizzaria experience 🙂 The room was nice and clean. Has what you need - beds and bathroom 🙂 The beds were really comfortable! We liked our stay in the hotel! Thank you

A beautiful old house in a reserved, natural setting. The pool was clean and and the surrounding areas a maze of opportunities to have fun. But what blew me away was the staff and service. During my stay I was the only visitor who booked breakfast. However, the entire buffet was setup for me by the owner, including different choices of bread, marmalade, cheeses, hams, cereal, two full cakes, juice, coffee and tee and more than I can recall. An unbelievable display of hospitality and commitment. 5 Stars all the way.

The accommodation was located in a beautiful town in the mountains. The views from the hotel were stunning. Cleaning was great and the staff was so warm and helpful. We had everything we needed and more, even a sauna and a bubble pool where you could see the beautiful landscape.

Beautiful village.

Beautiful village. We only had a short stop over here, I imagine it is a great location for hill walking etc. there a great shops and the historic center is quite something! There are lovely locations to enjoy an aperitivo, have coffee or dinner.

Beautiful area at the southern end of the Dolomites.

Beautiful area at the southern end of the Dolomites. With Lake Garda just around the corner, it is both tranquil but also full of entertainment. And so much to see. No need to know particular places, you will find something for yourself in this outstandingly beautiful area, as long as you are outdoorsy.

This quiet little village, reached by winding mountain roads...

This quiet little village, reached by winding mountain roads, is worth the drive if you fancy staying away from the tourist hot-spot of Riva Del Garda, yet still within easy reach. The two grocery stores will provide what you need and there's a small play park (swing/zip-wire) for youngsters near the centre, next to a hard court for basketball/ball games. The local pizzeria and pharmacy complete the 'essentials' for a short holiday.

It's a small town with a main city square in which You will...

It's a small town with a main city square in which You will find the church, city mall and other official building, mostly of the 16th century but of recent renovation. Close to the town You can visit the Castle of Avio (personally didn't have the chance to enter, but it's visible from the road). My main purpose of the visit was to enjoy the mountain area, which offers quite a number of well marked trekking trails.

We were in Rovereto only for one night.

We were in Rovereto only for one night. The town is small and very nice. We liked it all, but there was complicated traffic in the very center and problems with navigation. But in the end all has gone well.

A picturesque little town with a beautiful green park. Not a wide choice of places to eat - mostly pizzerias, some of which were only open at weekends. A good base to visit the surrounding countryside.

It is high in the mountains and so the road into Ronzo...

It is high in the mountains and so the road into Ronzo Chienis is very twisty. I did it around 7:30 in the evening and did not see another car for the last 8km. Once in the town there is parking across the street from the hotel. I asked if the restaurant was still open and was given a pasta roulard with a spinach filling within 10 minutes of arriving.

I walked everywhere in Rovereto.

I walked everywhere in Rovereto. Access to the train station is just 10 minute's walk from the station. Osteria del Pettirosso is a great restaurant. It serves the best Steak Tartare even better than the Wolseley in London. Their daily menu is great. They have a great wine selection. Lots of outdoor things to do and museums to visit.
