One word.... WOW! First class! The staff went the extra mile to make me and my family feel welcome. The owner welcomed us himself even. Really personal service, all the staff knew exactly what room we were in everytime i charged the room. Everything totally on point! The spa was next level. Everything you could wish for plus the view. We were driving an EV. No problem there, they have charging stations and a garage. The room was amazing. The lighting, the finishes, the design, spectecular! If you wanna treat yourself, book a room here. Thanks for having us, we will deffinately come back.

The best hotel that we stayed on at all , very very very kind staff especially mario and Giancarla 🙏🏻🙏🏻 they are not exploitative at all ! their goal is the happiness and comfort of the customer. Big room (exceeds our expectations )Great view from balcony , quiet location , very clean room , they also care about small details in rooms and breakfast . We stayed for 2 nights with a baby which the hotel was very convenient with him , fun and safe games outside , they had prepared a suitable bed, a baby chair on the dining table in advance, everything was arranged and organized in a wonderful way. Also very delicious breakfast and dinner, they made our food upon our beliefs because we are Muslims. We really ENJOYED !! I recommend it very much 🫶🫶

The hotel is even nicer live than in the website. A lot of wood, a really nice wellness area, perfect price quality ratio. Rooms are clean and with wood, I think the only thing they could restyle are the bathroom, little bit dated. But all perfect!!

Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

Loved Hotel San Valier. This was actually my 2nd visit to the hotel and both times have been as part of a motorcycle touring trip. I paid up for a superior room and was glad i had - the superior rooms are all recently refurbished and are really very pleasant places to stay. In addition, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, the breakfast was fabulous and i felt safe parking my motorcycle. It was a short and pleasant walk into the main town to find a great selection of surprisingly good value restaurants. really enjoyed our stay at this location.

This is the most charming hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect: from location, staff, room. There was a plenty to choose from for the breakfast. And we got really helpful advice from the staff about the things that we were interested in. In overall, we felt here like we are at home. And we would gladly come again.

Beautiful views around. Very friendly staff, so caring and helpful, full of possitive italian energy. Each dinner was delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is located out of the way, in a very little village, from where you move by car adoring this amazing landscape. Yes, I reccomend.

A charming little mountain town with all the amenities. Close to other towns of the area and to the well managed ski resorts of Latemar, Ceramis, and Alpe Lusia ( Beautiful views with comfortable runs for intermediates and beginners) We ate well at L'Bortoleto( formal dining) and MZ millenium, Montanara and HB burgers ( casual dining). You don't pay the excessive prices of places like Cortina.

I loved this place!

I loved this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect; it backed onto a forest so it was very quiet and peaceful. However, in just a few minutes walk I was in the town centre. Upon checkin I was given a tourist card to visit various sights and a travel card to use on all the buses. This was very convenient when visiting nearby towns like Moena and Canazei. The owners were extremely kind and helpful; when I arrived, it was tipping with rain and they very kindly picked me up at the station. They also gave me a lift when I was leaving. I would most highly recommend Residence Lagorai!

A great town.

A great town. I've been there for the fourth time and will visit this place again. Perfect place. Close to restaurants and not far to the slopes. A historic and very atmospheric town. A lot of friendly people live here. Ancora restaurant well worth a visit. The waiters and bartender are very nice and treat customers the best in the world.
