Everything was excellent. This house exceeded my expectations in every way. So the house has 2 floors, on each floor it is an apartment with completely separated entrances and spaces in front of the house (being on a hill the upper apartment has a yard of its own also). There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (the upper apartment has one extra bed), one living room, a bathroom and a small kitchen. You have there everything you need, from extra pillows, blankets, towels and equipment for the kitchen. We could easily cook every day of our stay having everything we needed. The host was so nice and had for us some yogurts, milk and wine in the fridge besides coffee and tea. The host is very kind and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The windows had the joinery recently changed and the isolation was excellent. Also there were shutters at every window. The place has classic furniture and very clean. The location of the house is magnificent. You have a wonderful view on the mountains, the village has a small lake that was frozen when we visited it and there were people skating and playing hokey on it. I only saw this in movies :). There is a small bar near the lake that has good prices. The lake can be reached in less than 5 minutes by foot from the house. In our vacation we wanted to ski and the closest 2 ski domains are: Monte Bondone that is reachable within 10-15 minutes by car and Paganella that requires a 50 minutes car ride. Both were very nice and the landscapes when you go to Paganella worth the time spent on the road. There is also a sleight area reachable in 5-10 minutes by car (on the way to Monte Bondone). Maybe it is useful to know that the house and the entire village does not have WiFi but this is not advertised in the property description either. For us it was a perfect vacation when we had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of this area and we definitely will go back again.

Good size clean and comfy family room with two en-suites, large balcony with stunning views. Helpful, friendly, attentive staff, making you feel welcome. Restaurant offers rich breakfast and pre-ordered dinner, including a starter, two main courses and dessert (our little one appreciated kids menu a lot). Bar provides a good range of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The SPA area was clean, warm and cosy. There is a warm pool with a jacuzzi, saunas, and a relaxation area. Kids and dad loved playing ping pong and pool (both tables looked brand new). There is also a wine cellar, but we did not use it). The hotel is at the top of the mountain and there is plenty of paths to explore. Also nearby (450m) there is a nice pizza place open throughout the day. Overall - we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and it’s an absolute gem of this area.

On-site excellent pizza restaurant, which also has a limited menu of alternative dishes, including vegetarian option, all good quality local produce available from 6pm. Breakfast choice is limited to pastries and coffee. Saturday and Sunday lunch is available. The flat has a microwave and cooking facilities for simple meals and a balcony. Our host, Mauro, was very helpful and pleasant at all times. The location close to the small lake, about 50 metres away with surrounding level footpaths for walks, ideal for those with mobility issues, as well as more challenging uphill walks.

Fabulous facilities, food was wonderful, amazing value for money and the staff were really helpful, every request was met with a smile. The scenery was incredible and the location was just stunning. I would highly recommend we loved our stay and will return when next in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay — the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop to relax. The food and drinks from the bar were equally impressive, with delicious flavors and great presentation. Everything came together for a truly memorable experience.
